I have to get to class

All this goes down the drain when someone bumps into me. Ugh. If this is how I'm going to keep meeting people then I'm done. First, it was Britt. I'm grateful for having met her but it's happening again. Nope I'm tired.

I look up to see who has bumped into me this time and I see a very very veryy angry person or guy to be exact. The hell. I'm the one supposed to be pissed at this asshat. He glares at me and walks on like it was my fault and not a problem at all. Wow I'm so getting him back whenever we meet again. I jog to my class and of course I find the teacher already inside. Late. As usual. From the day I came to this school two weeks back, it's been the order of the day and now I'm sure even the teachers know me for late coming. I still don't understand how I have never got detention.

"Come in miss." The teacher says without even looking up but as soon as I pass him he clears his throat to get my attention.   "Next time, you stay out of my classroom, okay?" The spanish teacher glares at me.    "Okay sir. I'm sorry." And he just waves me off before I rush to my seat next to Aman at the back.

"Woah your alarm clock refused to function or something? It's thirty minutes into the lesson."   "Not helping Aman. Shut up." I'm still pissed from the guy earlier and now I'm pushing it onto poor Aman but I can't help it.

"Well, before you went apeshit on me, I wanted to tell you I have some notes I've written down for you so you don't miss anything else...you want them?" Aw he has to be the sweetest human on planet earth.    "Thank you thank you thank you Aman. I'm sorry I reacted that way.... I just had a rough morning."   "It's okay. I also woke up with a wet bed...and it wasn't urine....." I scrunch up my face in disgust when what he means finally comes to mind.    "You're so gross." I say while taking the notes from him and continuing with what the teacher is saying. Aman just shrugs normally like he didn't just tell me about his wet dreams. After what feels like forever, we leave class for the next period which is math. I don't like math...at all. I'm pretty sure I'll be dozing throughout but oh well, as long as I'll be with the rest of the group.

"Sierra..." Aiden hollers from afar and I wave back with a smile as Aman and I walk over to him and every one else too.   "Sooo who's ready for math?" Reagan shouts excitedly and I've never been one to judge but...what?    "Not everyone's like you nerd." His twin Roman says jokingly while rolling his eyes and patting Reagan's shoulder. Reagan glares at him and pushes Roman's hand off his shoulder.   "Let's go. It looks like we're the only ones left in the hallways and I do not want to ruin my perfect attendance." Brittney says.    "And here I thought that I was the nerd." Reagan says smugly and we all roll our eyes.

We go through the whole class period uneventfully until it's time to go home but the group and I have to hang out at the restaurant just down the street to eat and pass time, maybe also get to know them a little bit better, in my case at least. Don't get me wrong, it's been two weeks but I rarely get time to stay behind with them after school. Actually come to think of it, I have never spent after school time with them. Horrible human I know.    "Sierra please don't tell me you're ditching again..." Alicia groans with hope in her eyes and I can't say no to her puppy dog face.    "If it makes you feel any better, I was already planning to come out with you guys."     "Please stay for onc....wait what? You're seriously coming with us?" She asks again from all the shock that's clear on her face and I nod with a chuckle.   "Yepp I'm coming along today. I'm tired of being home alone."     "Alone? Don't you have parents or something?" Aiden asks concerned. Even Dylan looks up with a raised eyebrow in question.    "I do have parents. They're just back in New York." I say with finality in my words to cut off other questions and they thankfully don't ask any more. Dylan goes back to texting too. What does he do on that phone 24/7? I shrug it off as we reach the school parking lot.
