"Go on, lemme hear it..."

"Shut up."

"Aw, poor baby boy got his feelings hurt!"

Lulu and Kelly's house was the last destination he took after all the errands he ran for the day. Once there, Eli attempted to relax his writing emotions from Greta's rather abrasive departure that morning. Though, it wasn't without difficulty; both from the smell of whatever herbal tea Lulu had been concocting in the kitchen, and the teasing Kelly insisted upon his arrival.

On that couch, the two childhood friends sat together, blissful that the occasional visits she made all the way to Georgia just to see him were no more. And now, he was only a few minutes away, and the chances to see him were almost daily.

Whilst eating her cookies and cream ice cream, Kelly couldn't help but to laugh in both pity and humor at all the things Eli relayed to her about his momentary tryst with Greta this week.

Though, as the whole thing had now seemingly came to an end, all she could do was bask in the fact that she was right. And that next time, he'll listen to her and whatever advice she may spring his way. "Bro, I told you that you and her won't mix."

"Whatever man, you ain't never even said that."

"I could've sworn that I had." She muttered before scooping another spoonful of ice cream into her mouth. "She's a Libra, you're a Capricorn. That already is enough to tear you guys apart. And she has her own set of baggage. Not as messy as yours but still. If I believed you two would've hit it off, don't you think I would've introduced you to her earlier?"

From the kitchen, however, Lulu focused on their playful, sibling-like squabble. To listen to her wife and hear all the ways she talked to Eli as though he were some big brother she were trying to covet from pain, only made Lulu smile some before she dared to join in. "So Eli, is it true you ate her out so good she went to sleep?"

"That ain't what happened. And the fuck she doin' telling y'all that?"

The girls laughed. And as Lulu sat down in the sofa beside Kelly, she grinned slyly and looked on at Eli in humorous examination. "Oh don't get hurt. We tell each other everything. Well, almost everything. I keep hearing about this Vanessa girl back in Georgia, but Kelly's always so hush hush about it."

With an annoyed glare, Kelly stared her wife down in a manner that seemed to have damned Lulu for even muttering the words she had just spoken. But the blonde-haired girl cared not for such threatening glances. "What? A bitch is curious! You made it seem like such a big deal when you finally brought him down here."
