"okay so the victorian era lasted from 1833 to 1901, can anyone tell me some factors that influenced the victorian age writers?" gwen was up at her podium talking about god knows what, i was busy messing with my rings and tuning her out. teacher gwen is so much different from my girlfriend gwen, sometimes i forget it's the same person. when we're at school she gives me barely any attention, even when i have a question in class, her answers are always short. which is understandable, we don't want people getting suspicious. i was deep in my thoughts when i heard gwen say,
"mr. maxwell! can you tell me what's so intriguing about miss nicks' shoulder?" i quickly turned in my seat and sure enough the boy behind me, andy, was staring right at me like i was a piece of meat. that's high school boys for you. i rolled my eyes and turned around.

"sorry miss. i'll pay attention" he stuttered. gwen rolled her eyes and continued with the lesson.

three periods later, the final bell rang, signaling the end of the day. the hallways were stampedes of students just trying to get out of this hellhole, meanwhile i was swimming against the current of bodies. i was making my way to gwen's classroom, praying there weren't any teachers in there talking to her. her door was open, so i let myself in and saw her typing away at her computer. she had her reading glasses sitting on top of her head, her long blonde hair messily framing her face, and she was biting her lip with concentration. i knocked on the wall to announce myself and her head shot up. a smile spread across her face as soon as she saw me.

"hi you" she said. i practically ran over to her and embraced her. i wrapped my arms around her neck and inhaled her addicting scent.

"i missed you" i said into her neck. she chuckled and i pulled away slightly so i could admire her face.

"i saw you two hours ago in class" she said. i rolled my eyes.

"yeah but that was different" i stated. she shook her head with a smile and gently grabbed my chin and brought my lips to hers.

"about that, do you think i'd get in trouble if i kicked andy's ass?" she said.

"i don't know, i think that's a felony."

"i'm okay with that. did you see how he was staring at you? it pissed me off" she fumed.

"that's just how boys are, don't get jealous" i smiled. "it doesn't bother me, it shouldn't bother you." she scoffed a little and grabbed me by my waist to fix my short skirt that had gotten hitched up.

"ugh do you have to look so hot at school? i mean do you know how many boys i catch staring at you throughout the day?" i rolled my eyes and sat myself on her lap.

"no, i don't know and i don't care. the only person i'm interested in is you, dumbass." she smiled at that and kissed me deeper than before. i held her face with my hands as we started making out in her swivel chair. i felt myself getting hot and bothered. suddenly there was a knock at the door and it began to open. i jumped up at the speed of light and quickly grabbed a random worksheet that was sitting on her desk.

"okay miss nicks, if you have any more questions feel free to ask me."

"yes, thank you so much miss james. have a lovely evening" i lie. a teacher comes into gwen's classroom and explains that she needs to discuss lesson plans for the week. she looks at gwen and i with suspicious eyes that i did not like at all. she furrowed her brows, and i was feeling uncomfortable so i quickly let myself out and went home. rhi has been having practice after school so i have to drive myself home alone. i've been calling gwen's house "home" because it basically is at this point. i haven't been to my house in weeks, and my moms still away on her trip or whatever so she doesn't care.
