Emily's POV

I look at her body...

"No, Ali!" I scream terrified.

Blood, that's all i see. Her stomach is bleeding, her shirt is turning red.

"Ali, Ali please" i say crying. I look at her, her eyes are open "Please Ali look at me" i touch her face... she looks at me.

"E-em" she says barely breathing.

"I'm here, I'm with you" i say taking off the hair she has in the face.

"I-i" she starts. But she never finished, she closes her eyes.

I scream, this can't be happening. It should be me, but she saved me...
I look up, Hoolbrok is with the knife in his hand looking at Ali in shock.

"Please Ali stay with, please" i say desperate, but she doesn't react.

All i see is more blood. Hanna walks in. She's in shock too, then i see a lot of people coming behind her. The cops take Hoolbrok, and then i hear an ambulance outside. I look at Ali again, she's still breathing.

"You're gonna be okay, you're gonna be fine, i promise" i say kissing her forehead.

I'm waiting in the hospital, it's 4am. I look around, i see Ali's patents and the girls. She didn't come out from surgery yet. When we came here they took her to surgery. They also put some stitches in my cuts, they said they're not bad, and i won't have a scar but they have to heal in a good way. I have no idea of what's going on with Ali, they took her and no one came to say something to us. Honestly I'm afraid, i don't know if she alive.

I hear doors opening, i look up... a sugeon. I walk to him.

"You know something about Alison Dilaurentis?" I ask nervous.

"Yeah, we finished with her. She's in her room. But, i have to say something" she's alive, she's alive. I take a breath, she's still here "I need to talk with the family" he says.

Ali's parents come here, the others stay in their sits looking at us. I wanna hear it too, so i stay.

"Only family" says the surgeon. I'm about to talk but Mrs D talks first.

"She's her girlfriend, she's like her family, you can tell her too" says grabbing my hand. I give her a little smile. I think Ali never told her what happened between us but... nothing of that matters now.

The guy doesn't have a good face, i grab Mrs D hand harder, preparing my self. What could happen?

"She's alive, but i'm sorry to say... she lost a lot of blood and she's in coma. We don't know when she's gonna wake up or if she's gonna wake up" he says with a sad face.

I look at Mrs D, she's crying. I go to her and i hug her. I'm in shock, what if she never wakes up.

"Thank you, for everything" says Mr D to the guy. He makes a little smile and then he goes.

"What happened?" Asks Spencer, the others are behind her, all waiting for asnwers. I can see in their faces they are afraid.

"S-she alive" i say breaking the hug to face them "But she's in coma, no one knows if she's gonna wake up" this last words i said hit me.

Spencer starts crying, she comes to me and hug me. When i see everyone starting to cry i realize what's happening. I start to cry too. She has to wake up, i need to be with her, i can't continue my life if she's not here.

"Don't worry Em, she's gonna wake up" says Hanna joining the hug.

Jason is sit in a chair with his hands in his face, i know he's crying too. I hide my face in Spencer's shoulder. Why is this happening to her? Why her?
