3... 2... 1...

An hour and a half (19 texts) later I was on my way home from the meal.

I was kind of nervous now. I know my power is amazing, but what if they don’t choose me? What if there’s someone else who can time travel, and they have another awesome power.

I was jolted out of my thoughts by another text.

25 MINUTES!

OMG I’M NERVOUS NOW!

I replied with this:

I know, did I mention that I got a watch for my birthday? :P

Calm down, it’s gonna be fine! Remember, just how many people at our school have super powers?

I have to admit, that calmed me down as well. I hadn’t thought about it that way before.

Oh Really? And yeah I guess.

I love my best friend, she's so funny and hyper all the time.

And she's really pretty; curly, shoulder length blonde hair, blue eyes, tall and slim. Everything I've ever wanted to be.

I'm on the short side, with blue eyes (YAY!), poker straight blonde hair, really pale skin (Grrrr….) and slightly larger than I was (I’m working on it, okay?)
