Joshua unlike everyone else was at the New York City Juvy Constitution. He was alone because they had to ask him questions and they thought family was a distraction. Joshua was super nervous. He didn't mean to put Lucas in a coma. He told Maya he would never let anyone hurt her. But he knew lying to her was still hurting her.
"So are you and the blonde girl a couple?" The investigator asked.
"First of all she has a name. Maya Hart. Second of all why does it matter?" Joshua asked back in a skimpy tone.
"It matters because you are in an block out and if we don't get some answers." Josh saw the man was getting impatient. "Now was the blonde your girlfriend or not?" The man knew it would trigger Joshua.
"Her names is Maya Hart!"
"Is she?"
"Who?"
"You know..the blonde chic!" The man grinned.
Joshua got out of his chair and threw it at the man. He didn't miss though. The man got up with a bloody eye. Then the man started laughing. And saying "Oh your going to jail! Your going!"
Then a group of people came in and grabbed Joshua holding him up and took him out. When they were out they pushed him into a room by himself. There was a paper saying things about him getting a lawyer and sueing.
It turned out Lucas's parents filed to press charges. He read it and signed it. When he did, they came in and told him he was filed to go to court on Thursday. Then they called Mr. and Mrs. Matthews to come pick him up.
