I finally reached the hospital and I could see Gwen pacing around the lobby from outside. "Gwen!" I shouted and she turned to see me. "Are you ok?" I grabbed her shoulders. She nodded. "Who's hurt then." Gwen stared at me silently. "Who!?" I shook her.

"It's Harry. He's hurt really bad." She was on the verge of tears. I felt as though I had just been shot.

"What do you mean?" I asked, my mind slowing down.

"I don't know what happened. Mr. Osborn just called me to come." She said wiping her face, then pointing at a corner where a man was pacing back and forth alone.

I left Gwen and raced over to him. "What did you do!" I shouted at him. People stared at us as they passed by.

"I didn't do anything. Some careless driver hit us." He said.

"Then why do you look so calm about this all?!" I was fuming. He had to have done something.

"Who says I'm calm!" He shouted at me and I stepped back. He took a deep breath and fixed himself.

"Have the doctor's said anything?" I asked quietly.

"No. Not yet. They are operating on him."

"Why aren't you hurt?" I noticed his suit was as clean and he didn't even have a hair out of place.

"I wasn't in the car. We were parked an the driver hit us. Drunk most likely." He answered in an annoyed voice. He shooed me away (more like pushed) and I went back to Gwen. She handed me a coffee and I thanked her. I didn't feel like drinking coffee, I wanted to know how Harry was doing.

After what seemed like hours, which it probably was since the sun was already rising, the doctor finally came over. "He's finally stable and should be ok in about a month or two. Lucky it wasn't a direct hit." She nodded and walked off to do other things.

Gwen, Norman, and I sighed in relief and finally sat down relaxed for the first time since coming here.

"Thank God. I thought the worse." Gwen muttered to herself but I heard her. I nodded silently. My phone ringed and I saw that it was Peter calling. I got up and went over to a corner to answer.

"Where are you? Did you even sleep?" His worried voice rang through the speaker.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Um...Harry...he's at the hospital, but fine now! The doctor just called him stable!" I added quickly.

"Are you serious?! What happened?" He asked. I looked over to where the others were and saw Norman talking to Gwen.

"I'll tell you later. Maybe you can come by later." I hung up and walked back to them.

"-and then he says, there is no cheese!" Norman seemed to have finished a really bad joke, which only made him laugh and Gwen force a smile.

"Peter is coming." I said and Norman sort of slouched. I noticed and gave him a glare.

About ten minutes later, Peter came running into the hospital out of breath. "Charlotte! Where is he?" I noticed he had his web shooters showing. I grabbed his wrist and turned the camoflage back on. "Thanks." He whispered and I smiled.

"Not sure what room but I'm pretty sure he'll wake up soon." Gwen answered and Peter seemed to be ok with that for the most part.

It took Harry several hours for him to wake up. When he did, Gwen, Peter, and I went in. "Hey guys." He croaked. I approached him first and grabbed his hand. "Sorry to scare you." He said. I laughed. I fought back some tears.

"Stay on the sidewalk, dummy." I replied and he smiled.

"Promise." We talked for a few minutes before the nurse came in and told us to leave. Peter and Harry spoke about guy stuff they probably did during childhood and Gwen told him what he missed, which wasn't much.

"I'll visit everyday." I promised while being pushed out of the room.

Ok, so wattpad improved the writing thing and I really like it so yeah positive feedback from me. I pressed publish instead of save so it updated the little bit I wrote so that's why I published this chapter in parts. Sorry for that.
