"Oh, ano ginagawa mo dito?" Mataray na sabi ni Delian pagkapasok ko sa bahay ni Hades.

Inirapan ko na lang siya at nilagpasan.

"Where's Hades?" Tanong ko sa butler ng bahay, si Leon. Yumuko ito kaunti at tinuro ang office room niya kaya tumango ako.

Parang buntot ko naman si Delian na sunod ng sunod sa akin.

"You won't believe it! Hades just investigating Persephone's life! He's getting obsessed with her." Natatawang sabi ni Delian habang pumupunta sa office room ni Hades.

Persephone?

It must be Leigh's friend, Eisha. I can't help but to roll my eyes. The friend that Leigh's been taking care of. What's so special about her, like she was so scared that we might hurt her?

Naalala ko pa ang mga banta ni Leigh sa akin noon nung nasa resort kami. She really prioritizes her friends, especially that girl, Eisha. And it just makes me mad. She's over acting.

Mas dumagdag lang ang galit ko sa grupo nila. It doesn't mean that I'm friends with Leigh, their actions will be acceptable for me. I will never forget how the enemy stole the happiness of our family.

Pagpasok namin sa room ni Hades, ang daming papel na nakakalat sa mesa niya. Isang kamay niya ay nakahawak sa papel at isa naman ay nakahawak sa sentido niya, mukhang malalim ang iniisip.

I frowned and sat on the sofa. And as usual Delian teased him. Hindi ko rin mapigilan magalit sa lalaking 'to, kakampi rin itong Apollo na 'to sa kabilang grupo. He's friends with Poseidon and Zeus, he says. He's even proud of it, as if I care.

Kumunot ang noo ko anng makita ang mukha ni Persephone sa papel.

"That girl again?! Tss, imbes na si kamatayan na pumunta sa'yo, si kupido naman ang pumana sa'yo!" Inis kong sabi. I took a large gulp of the alcohol and glared at him.

"Ohh, you're really in love with her, aren't you?" Pang-aasar pa ni Delian kaya sumimangot ako lalo.

Hindi ko na sila pinansin dahil patuloy lang pang-aasar nila sa isa't isa. Bumalik ako sa sofa at natigilan nang buksan ni Hades ang usapan tungkol sa kalaban. I didn't expect that to come.

I was shocked to know that he was still aware of his surroundings. Even though he's busy fooling around with Persephone, he still never forgets about her sister. I was relieved to know that.

"Why can't we just get her and kill her now?" Tanong ko habang naka-dekwatro.

"He's protecting her, Artemis. His men surrounded Eisha's place." Sagot niya naman kaya napairap ako.

I spent my noon in my cousin's mansion. It was great to waste my time here rather than resting my ass off in that sick house. Paalis na ako nang maabutan ko si Axcel na papasok sa mansion.

I leaned against my car while crossing my arms on my chest. I raised my eyebrows while staring at him, waiting for his report. He cleared his throat.

"So?" I said.

"I tried my best to find details about that case but it was strictly held by the father of my boss. They dismissed the case and both of the family agreed to keep it hidden." He said formally.

Napatayo ako ng tuwid.

"You went here without any information regarding the case?!" Hindi ko makapaniwalang sabi.
