Chapter 18 - Saving Eri

Eri POV

I don't want this, I don't want this! I don't want these people to die! But why... Why do they keep trying!?

Just to save me? Just to save me they're going to die?

I have to let them save me.

I have to go back...

Mirio POV

Save her Lemillion! You have to!

You already let go of her once... NEVER AGAIN!

"I'll never let you go again." I softly say as I catch Eri into my arms.

"GIVE HER BACK!" Overhaul yells, sending spikes towards me.

I dodge one in mid-air.

"I'll never let her..."

I use permeation to dodge another.

"I'll never let her go through that again!"

Izuku POV

I've blacked out for a few minutes now, what the hell happened? The last thing I remember was- *BAWUMMM*

"A shockwave?" I say to myself and then I get out to look what's happening. I see a huge hole in the ceiling and a dragon?

"Get up there now!" I hear it yelling. "Oh damn it!" I get on my heels and do my dash to her, also picking up Aizawa on the way. "Ryukyu, send us up there!" I yelled at her. "Red crown! You're stil-" "Doesn't matter!" I interrupted her. "Just throw us there!" I ordered. She nodded and grabbed us, then she threw us up towards the surface.

I use 2 of my knives to pull us onto the side and eject out of the underground. As I landed, Aizawa woke up. "What hap-" "No time for chatter, Mirio has Eri, he's fighting overhaul, and you need to get ready," I said to him.

He then gets up and sees the fighting in the air, "What am I looking at?!" he asks "That's Mirio" I respond. "Eri has the power to rewind people's bodies to a different point in time!" I answer. "What, you knew this!?" he replied. "I had a theory, but this confirmed it," I replied.

He gets his capture weapon ready, "What do you need me to do?" "Wait until they're done then use your quirk on Mirio and Eri, they don't know how to stop," I answered. "Got it, what are you going to do?" he asked. "Meet up with the others, and help if I can."

I then move out to where Ochaco and Tsu were, "Ochaco look at me!" I yell out. She then turns to me, probably surprised at how I knew her name. "Use your quirk on that trampoline, once you see my knife in front of you, drop it. Understood?" I quickly speak. "Ok got it!" she responded and ran over to the trampoline.

After she used her quirk I attached myself to it and kicked it up to lift me in the air. After I got above Overhaul, I dropped one of my knives to signal her to let it go.

"Release!" I heard it somehow. I felt the weight of it again and pulled it towards me, then I pressed myself against the trampoline as hard as I could, I got on my heels and before I realized, I was moving Incredibly fast.

"WOOOW!!" I yelled as I got closer to Overhaul, I think Mirio noticed me as well and we visually agreed on the same thing.

I braced myself and got out all of my 9 knives, I got myself into position and yelled "Crushing knife... NINEFOLD." "ONE FOR ALL - COMPLETE AWNING 100%... SMASHHHHH!" we both yelled as we went into the ground.

Mirio had no problem impacting the ground with Eri constantly rewinding him, but I got a little hurt. "FUUUUU-" I stopped yelling as I impacted the ground with my shoulder. "That's definitely broken now..." I said as I lay in a crater. I looked at Mirio and the exact thing I feared happened. Eri wasn't stopping, and she started affecting the area around her.

2 shockwaves busted out of them, the first rewinded Overhaul out of the guy with the vitality stealing quirk. The second... was everyone else. As I closed my eyes and opened them again, I lost all feelings of my pain. Eri had rewinded everyone to 1 hour ago.

I jump to Aizawa as fast as I can, "MORON! USE YOUR QUIRK!" I yelled as I turned his head to the 2 charging bombs. He used his quirk and they finally calmed down. Realizing the situation was over, I left immediately out of fear of being caught off guard.
