Rene joins her, lifting her legs after a moment to sit under them. He rubs her foot gently. "You deserve this, Celine. Promise me that you're going to take full advantage of this time." "Just the time?" She smirks at him. He chuckles. "Perhaps not just the time." They rest in a comfortable silence. What more could Celine have to say? She lays there, half asleep, until her parents return and start talking about food. Celine's stomach growls and they find their way to a beachside restaurant, determined to make every moment by the water. After a full meal, Celine feels invigorated instead of exhausted and insists on sitting on the porch swing, watching the last rays of the sun drop behind the ocean. She kicks herself forward and back, enjoying the rocking of the swing and the crashing of the ocean. Rene joins her and takes her hand where her parents can't see. She smiles slightly. "This is amazing." Celine whispers. "It's ... a breath of fresh air. Needed." "Because you're always trapped in that stuffy office." She nudges Rene, looking for any excuse to touch him. "You need to get out more." "Out, yes. We should do that more." Celine looks at him, just stares at him and watches as he smiles. She bites her lip and looks away. "That sounds like you're asking me out." "And if I am?" "Where would we go where the cameras wouldn't find us?" "I'm sure with the two of us thinking of it, we have a shot." He squeezes her hand and she exhales softly.
