We walked towards where Leon's office was passing multiple guards that were all over this wing of the house. We made it to the biggest door in the wing which was his office.

I pushed Alex in front to knock which he glared at me and eventually knocked a few times "Come in son" his gruff voice came from behind the door. Of course, he knew we were here, he has eyes everywhere it's shocking sometimes.

Alex pushed open the door leading to a huge office and slap in the middle of it was a large wooden desk and chair fit for king which was exactly what Leon was, the king of all mafia.

"Hello boys" he said in a knowing tone showing us he knew we were here to tell him something, the way this man's brain works is a mystery worse than Einstein. "Welcome back home" he said towards all of us as he gestured for us to take a seat.

"So, what can I do for you boys today" he said smiling as he took a sip from his cup of whatever he was having. His smile wasn't welcoming yet was an evil smile just a neutral one which he tends to have a lot on his face.

"We need to tell you something" I started and that gained his attention so I continued telling him the whole story.

Starting from why my father planned the wedding for us, how Valentina had planned to get her sister out, how Caterina is being hunted by her own father and possibly mine, the attacks we had and also our suspects that clearly we don't have full prove of yet and why we are here.

He absorbed everything we said and asked a few questions here and there to understand the situation properly. "You are very sure Victor is in all this" he asked again because he and my dad is close after all "As what we have collected he has been working with Nikolai for it" Dmitri said making him grunt. He is not happy that's for sure.

"And Nikolai's children are here right now?" he asked and I nodded making him sigh "I'll get some people to get whatever information they can find about this whole thing, if Victor is behind this..." he looked towards me and Dmitri knowingly we nodded "You know what you have to do" of course we do, if my father is breaking his rules then it is him digging his own grave.

"Well then, I'll take care of this for now. Make sure Nikolai's children don't leave the premises, my security will include them" he said making my chest weigh a little lighter knowing they had his protection.

"Nikolai and your father told me that they won't be able to make it with the wedding going on so I excused them, they may or may not come now knowing there is a chance you guys might be here" he said in his thoughts "I'll make sure everyone is to keep their mouth shut about your staying here" he added making me smile.

"Thank you" I said and he smiled "Well at least you remember to thank me, this idiot never does" he said towards Alex making me chuckle. "Go see your mother boy, she has been nagging me that you haven't visit for so long and it's me who has been scaring you away" he said to Alex and nodded.

"Alright then go get some rest, it's a long day tomorrow though the party will be in the evening only there will be a lot of preparation going on" he said and that was the queue for us to get out so we did after exchanging a few words.

As soon as we stepped out Alex let out a breath "Well that went well than expected" he said making me too let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. Yes, Leon maybe someone I grew up seeing and also Alex's father but he is scary as hell and even I get intimidated sometimes not that I show it out but you get the point.
