(Sebastian's POV)

Finding a significant other in Hollywood is hard. No, it's completely insane. You want to be with someone who understands what you are dealing with, but at the same time, schedules keep you away from each other. It's been my problem since I walked onto my first set and every one after. Meeting and just being with women was easy. Then I would leave the show, and it seemed like the relationship would end too. It was hard to find time to be with the one I was dating.

In 2010, Marvel came knocking, and I found my life take a turn. Women were everywhere and ready to do anything to be with you. That was not who my mama raised. Steady relationships were harder to obtain with all the extra work I had. Each relationship started very hot, then ended in heartbreak, maybe some bitterness. Relationships seemed to suck since I gave my life to Hollywood.

I was terrified the second I met her. I couldn't get her out of my mind. A fucking five-minute interaction caused me to lose my shit. Well, maybe that was an extreme way of putting it. I couldn't stop thinking about her smile, her laugh that echoed in my head as it echoed through the theater that evening. I remembered how the blush crept up her cheeks when I kept her from falling on her ass earlier. Her round, perfect...

"Sebastian Stan," a voice called out, bringing me back to my reality of sitting at the bar alone.

I gazed up from my empty glass, finding my co-star and new-found friend approaching. "What's up, Mackie?" I smiled, placing my cup on the bar, before shaking his hand.

"What's up with you, playa? You over here daydreaming. Who got you lost in your thoughts like a sixteen-year-old girl?" he questioned, gesturing for the bartender for another round.

"Fuck you," I mumbled, pushing him slightly, my eyes falling on the girl that had my daydreaming.

She stood right behind Mackie like a beautiful goddess, cheeks flushed, hair a little messy. I must have been staring a little too long because Anthony turned towards her with a huge smirk

"Hello, darlin'," he greeted, offering his hand .

"Hi," she smiled, allowing him to take hers, causing me to feel shit that I know I shouldn't. I just spent five minutes talking to her, so how could she already have this effect on me.

"I'm Anthony. You know my friend, Sebastian," he grinned, making me question why I was even friends with him.

A blush spread across her cheeks when our eyes met. "Yeah, I know Sebastian. Chris introduced us earlier." I couldn't help but wink at her before she turned to address my ass of friend. "It's nice to meet you, Anthony."

I watched Anthony kiss her hand before making up some stupid excuse, leaving her and me alone. I wasn't sure to be upset or grateful to him for leaving me in this situation.

"Sorry about my friend, and I use that word loosely when I talk about Mackie," I apologized, turning my body towards the bar.

"He seems nice," she spoke, gazing at the side of my face.

"Nice? Sure, we'll call him that," I laughed, cocking my head a little to look at her. Just like that, her cheeks were red once more, her eyes falling on the drink in front of her. "So where is your date?"

"Tyler had to head back to the office to avert a major crisis," she answered, her slender finger slowly gliding over the rim of the glass.

"Well, Tyler is a lucky guy," I expressed, a little heartbroken that she had someone in her life.Confusion washed over her face, then she burst in a fit of laughter, leaving me the only one confused.
