Chapter 28: Sasuke's Retrieval

Dom awoke to a feeling of something nuzzling his chest but didn't have to open his eyes to know what or rather who it was that kept so close to him, on the other hand he felt something else on his opposite arm and began to sweat. This definitely felt like to female figures using him as a pillow but that would be preposterous to think of, one he would recognize anywhere with it being Ino passionately nuzzling his chest while practically sleeping on top of his body. But the other one he didn't recognize the other one at all, she felt like she had short hair and definitely wore a kimono her assets didn't feel all that well developed although so he could deduce that it was definitely one of his female friends. Slowly opening his eyes, he looked into the pale blond hair of his beloved Ino who still slept with her head against his chest while the rest of her laid in a lovely, closed position on his stomach and some parts of his legs as well.

At this moment she was just the most adorable thing he had ever had the privilege to witness, those cute dogs and cats ain't got nothing on his Ino and he felt damn proud about it as well. Suddenly his train of cute Ino thoughts were broken as he felt movement on his arm which now began to wrap itself in it while rolling closer to his side using his arm as a blanket of sorts.

He looked to the side and was surprised to see none other than Ino's rival Sakura sleeping so peacefully on his arm, it wasn't difficult to imagine why she had done this most likely after him and Ino had fallen asleep with each other. She had already been left out of the dancing the night before thanks to her ever dying love of Sasuke and most likely felt a bit lonely as a result of it. Next she would have to live through all of her friends and even the sand trio having the company of someone of the opposite sex which probably didn't help with her loneliness.

With all of that in mind she would most likely seek out either attention or care in one way or another and apparently felt that her rivals boyfriend's arm was the best bet for her to get that feeling and judging by her satisfied and kind of happy expression at finally getting some kind of care form a boy, she liked it a lot. That wasn't too surprising either as she crushed over emo lord himself who wouldn't even think twice before shooting her idea of dating him down which had been going on for years now leaving her kind of empty and low on confidence.

Suddenly feeling Ino stir on his chest he gently removed his arm from Sakura much to her unconscious annoyance as she reached out to reclaim her pillow which Dom found kind of cute. But he didn't falter and instead wrapped his other arm around his waking girlfriend who seemed to find the attention to be exactly what she wanted. A bright morning smile spread across her lips which made her irresistible to him, ignoring Sakura's attempts to rip his arm free and get her pillow back, he moved closer to Ino and lifted up her chin before gently kissing her on the lips.

This time the blond woke up completely but quickly closed her eyes again to go along with her boyfriends idea of waking her up, after a 5-minute morning make out session with her Dom finally broke his kiss much to the slight pouting of Ino who wanted to keep going a little longer. Instead of doing so Dom just laid his head back onto the floormats and held Ino closer before gently rubbing her long blond hair with as much affection as he could muster.

It seemed to work as she just seemed to melt in his arms and wrap her's around his neck while almost falling asleep again on his chest but hearing something stir elsewhere got them to raise an eyebrow and get up in a siting position with Ino placed firmly on Dom's lap.

First now she noticed Sakura trying to get Dom's arm over to her and it made her slightly annoyed but on the other hand Dom completely ignored her and didn't even flinch when she tried pulling it away which made her feel a bit better about it. They heard that sound again and looked to their left only to grin widely, Naruto was laying on the floormats with Hinata firmly wrapped in his arms as if she could slip away at any second, and she seemed to want his affection just as much seeing as she had her arm's wrapped around his neck and held him close. Beside the still sleeping couple they could see a blushing awoke Shikamaru leaning up against the wall of the room with a still sleeping Temari leaning against his shoulder without a care in the world.
