An art entry for CrystalwingOC's contest.
Since Crystal's a medicine cat, I gave her a few stems of Great Burnet. I know they look like mulberries, I couldn't figure out how to make them look like densely packed flowerheads. The unopened ones do look like mulberries in real life, but the opened ones are densely packed tiny little flowers. If you look closely, a few are spikier than the others. Those are the opened ones. The leaves were super satisfying to shade! I'm really happy with how they turned out.
