It lasted for a minute until Jake pulled back.
"Im sorry, i-" he moved back, shock at what he did.
You froze.
"Yah, don't freeze up" he poked you, face red. You guys stayed in silence. You cleared your throat.
"Great, now finish this with me" you said and stuffed your face with the cake he bought.
"Slowly, don't choke" he stared at you.
"ah, how's your mom?" you asked him.
"Ah, she's fine, healthy. shock to see me of course. She wants to see you" Jake said, putting a grape in his mouth.
"Aww she misses me~" you grinned.
"Yeah, so let's visit her when we're free" he fed you a piece of grape.
"okay yes" you nod.
"Don't you miss Hyejin?" Jake asked. You paused.
'i know its wrong for me to say this but for a moment, i forgot about her'
"Of course i do, its been ages since we last talked.I wonder how is she" you sighed.
"She said once everything settled, she'll find us" He told you and you nod. The wind passes the two of you and you shivered.
Jake noticed. He zipped up the jacket that he put on you.
"What about you?" you asked him.
"im fine. Used to it" he smirked proudly. You punched him.
"Okay oww" he whined, rubbing his arm.
"Ive been wanting to ask you but uh, why the hell is there a scar on your tummy?" he stared at you.
"Oh this? The previous dude who joined us, did it" you said to him, finishing the grapes.
"What? how? Why?" he threw you questions.
"I don't know. i guess he hates me or something. I don't care he's dead anyway" you shrugged and he sighed.
"My god" he sighed again.
"Im fine, we're fine. Everything is fine. Let's focus on my dad now huh" you said to him and he smiled.
"Yeah, i've been wanting to kill him ever since we dated" he groaned and you pat his head.
"You will have the chance to" you stuff another macaroon into his mouth.
"Alright, let's head home" Jake said, packing up. You nod and helped him pack.
You and Jake spent the whole journey bringing back highschool memories all the way till back home.
"Thanks for today~" you said to Jake.
