EVACUATING HOSPITAL
"SCOTT! Scott!" the familiar feminine voice made everyone spun around to find Melissa McCall with a confused look on her face. "What are you doing here? The hospital's evacuating."
They had just reached the Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital, wanting to get Ms. Blake to save Cora before it was too late—because by what Peter had told them before, the girl was barely hanging on.
"We're here for Cora."
The woman frowned, "What, all of you? Why does Stiles have my bat?"
"Mom, just trust me on this," Scott said. "You need to get out of here, right now."
Melissa's eyes traveled to each and every one of them with uncertainty, but she decided to trust her son. The woman took a deep breath, sighing as she began to fill the group with information.
"The building is supposed to be clear in thirty minutes. We've got two ambulances that are coming back-one's ten minutes out, the other's twenty. Cora needs to be on one of those. They'll be picking up in the basement garage."
"Got it. Okay," Scott nodded, immediately turning back to the group and walked away.
The group stood nervously in the elevator, all of their eyes were trained on the woman that Derek was keeping on a leash. If looks could kill, Ms. Blake would've died multiple times by three different stares that were coming from Andrea, Scott, and Stiles.
The second the elevator door opened, the Alpha had pulled Miss Blake arm toward Cora's room only to stop when noticing that the youngest Hale wasn't there. The lights began to flicker, sending Andrea into an immediate alarm mode.
Muffled grunts and roars were heard from the other side of a closed door in front of them, and it opened merely a split second later, revealing Peter being slid toward them.
"We got a problem," the oldest Hale muttered, seemingly not surprised by their presence. "Big problem."
In the end of the hallway stood the twins in their merged form, roaring at the group. Derek was the first to charge at the boys, followed by Andrea shortly after because she knew that he wasn't capable of beating the twins when they were merged.
Andrea pressed her feet against the wall, using the height as a momentum to throw a more powerful attack at the boys. That seemingly worked, because it had sent the twins a few steps back. But it was only for a few seconds before the girl was thrown to a wall, making her hit her head.
It was Scott's turn to attack next, but Andrea didn't pay attention to the fight. Because from the corner of her eyes, she could see Ms. Blake stepping back to the closing elevator, making the girl jump to her feet to try and stop the woman from leaving.
