recap posting this to my story on ig before i went to sleep .. again. but my thoughts began to spiral. im really leaving everything. going across the damn country. not new jersey. L fucking A. no friends. no mom. no favorite cousins. no family home.
i guess i really have to say ..goodbye? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
the home is quite literally beautiful. its giving modern farmhouse and i love it. the minute we walked in the house i screamed. i was so excited.
but then i cried because i have a rational fear of california. i may have forgotten that la is in cali .. i started to freak out because what if the ground starts to shake and im in the shower and i die. thats going to be so embarrassing.
i started to make out so many different scenarios my father began to laugh at me saying something like, "at least i know you didnt lose your sense of imagination." he chuckled and walked off. like what ?! i couldve died. but whatever after a while i began to calm down. i went to explore the house. the kitchen is so pretty Ma Dre wouldve loved it.
then when i found my room i almost cried because i knew it was for me. it wasnt even decorated i just felt guided to it. the house already had mattresses in the bedrooms, papa mustve ordered them there so we can be comfortable. all we had to do is go to a target or walmart to get bedsheets and comforters.
i sat my stuff down and plopped onto the mattress just for a second. i didnt want to go to sleep right away. i began to clear my mind. unscrambling my thoughts and emotions.
taking deep breaths in and out. once i felt good i went to take a quick shower and change. its hot as hell over here. once i got out i went to look in my cases for a new outfit.
im going to definitely need one of those little plastic drawer things. i cant live out of a bag especially when i have the option not to. once i found my clothes i ordered my uber, 5 minutes.

i made sure to grab my purse putting my face mask wallet gum and airpods inside.
"PAPA!" i called out while going out down the stairs. "im going to target do you need anything ??"
