The world is made out of different classifications that each person is required to test for on their sixteenth birthday.
The classifications are the following:

Caregiver- 34% possibility
Neutral- 64% possibility
Stiff- 12% possibility( stiffs are basically people who are hard of emotions and rude)
Neutral with tendencies of another classification- 29% possibility
Little- 17% possibility

Once people received their classification, necessary actions were taken into place for those who needed something special for the classification type.
Examples:
—A little must have a caregiver by law at the age of 18
—It is recommended that a Caregiver have a little, but it is not required
—A stiff must never act as a permanent caregiver towards a little unless proven that they can handle the emotional aspect of caring for one (same rule with neutrals)
— Caregivers are required to take a special class to help them better understand how to care for a little
— A little must be in there mindset for at least two days a week or 12 days a month in order to remain at a healthy mental level (if a little goes without regressing for more than 4 months, it can affect them harmfully and could result in brain damage or even in rare cases, death).
There are many other rules as well.
- classifications must be known for situations such as applications for a job, or for viewing horror films and more.
Classifications are as follows:
Steve: caregiver
Sam: Neutral with caregiver tendencies
Clint: Neutral
Bruce/Hulk: neutral
Natasha: Caregiver
Bucky: little (ages 4-5 on occasions)
Thor: Caregiver
Loki: Neutral with both Stiff and little tendencies
Wanda: older little (15-18)
Fury: neutral
Rhodes: neutral
MJ: neutral, but is fond of some caregiver aspects
Ned: Neutral
Happy: neutral
Doctor Strange-: A mix of both caregiver and little (no one really knows his classification)
Wong- Neutral but knows how to deal with littles
Pepper: neutral
Agent Phil: neutral with caregiver tendencies
Peter: caregiver
Obadiah Stane: Stiff disgusted as caregiver
