Here they were, Lacy's Littles, New York's main little store, filled with everything a little could possibly need. Thousands of square feet of bliss for all littles. Often, caregivers would have to keep their littles on a back pack leash to stop them from running or crawling away to another isle.
Peter had driven him and Tony here in one of Tony's sports cars, Tony buckled safety in the back as he drove.
Technically, Peter wasn't supposed to get his permanent license for a couple more months, but that didn't mean he couldn't drive without an adult in the car, and technically, Tony was an adult sooooooooo Peter went with it.
As they pulled into the parking lot in front of the store which was surprisingly empty despite it being a Saturday- perhaps because it was lunchtime and all the littles were taking their lunch nap- Peter grabbed his debit card that was filled with hundreds of thousands of dollars, Curtesy of Tony, and slid it into his pants pocket.
Peter then turned around towards the back seat to face Tony who was securely buckled despite not having a car seat, something Peter would have to get for him today.
"You ready buddy?"
Tony was biting on his chewer and holding his fox plushie very close to him, clearly nervous, but he nodded slightly.
Peter smiled and walked out of the drivers seat and opened the door to the back seat, unclipping Tony and lifting him out of the car and into his arms.
Peter was lucky that despite Tony's muscular appearance, he was fairly light. It also helped that Tony was just the slightest bit shorter than Peter ever since he'd had a growth spurt over the winter.
Peter began to make his way over to the store entrance. He passed by a couple other people, some caregivers, some caregivers with their little, and some older littles just milling around.
Despite Tony being shy and hiding his face from others, some people still recognized him as the genius and Avenger he was, but luckily for the both of them, no one said anything, Peter simply received some sweet smiles and a few comments on how Tony looked adorable.
Over the course of the past week, Peter had been paying attention to what ages Tony normally slipped to.
For example, as they walked into the store, Peter could tell Tony wasn't much more then a year old. Peter bounced Tony lightly as they walked into the store, trying to soothe the little as he could practically hear his heartbeat pounding in his chest.

Peter grabbed a cart and placed Tony into the holder made just for littles, clipping him in and booping his pacifier before beginning to push the cart deeper into the store.
He was about to enter one of the Isles when one of the ladies who ran the store came up to him.
"Hello," the lady spoke.
"I'm Lacy."
Peter smiled.
"You must be the owner of the store! Nice to meet you, I'm Peter."
The lady chuckled.
" Don't worry, I know who you two are. SpiderMan and Ironman, how lucky am I to have you both in my store!"
Lacy looked down at Tony who had closed his eyes tightly and was hiding behind his fox plushie.
"Wow, I never knew that Anthony Stark was a little, I thought he was simply a neutral."
Peter sighed and brushed his fingers through Tony's hair.
"Yeah, he is. Not many people know though yet." Peter paused
"He hasn't had the best experience with caregivers so now, I'm here to help him."
Lacy smiled sadly.
"Im sorry to hear that. But I know you can help him Peter Parker, I can already tell how special you are to him."
Peter nodded.
"Thank you, that means a lot."
The lady nodded once more before pointing to the isles on the left of the store.
"I recommend looking through those isles first, based on what I think his headspace age is, they would be the best for him."

Peter said thank you again and spoke a little more before making his way over to the isles the shop owner had recommended him.

Peter first found a shelf full of sippy cups and bottles. He grabbed a pack of 6
sippy cups covered in little fishes, and a pack of  4 baby bottles that were clear with stripes of color running through them.
Then, he went to the next isle and got some little snacks, some bibs, and a special bowl to hold the snacks, one that wouldn't spill if knocked over.
Once done, Peter went and grabbed a dark green car seat and placed it into the cart as well.
While Peter was shopping, Tony tried his hardest to be hidden, worried about what people would think if they saw him like this.
However, after a while, Tony's curiosity got the better of him and he started to glance around.
Peter noticed this and decided he could have Tony chose what stuff he wanted. He made a quick stop at the diaper section and got two boxes of diapers and a box of pull-ups before heading to the clothes isle.
Tony watched as Peter dug through a rack of clothes and after a while, pulled out two footed pajamas.
"Monkey, or cat?"
Tony watched him silently. Peter smiled.
"I'll get both."
Peter placed both of the onesies into the cart before looking back into the clothes rack and grabbing a pair of overalls, a couple cute shirts that clipped at the bottom, some warm pants and shorts, fluffy socks, and much more.
Tony was tomato red by the time Peter was done with the clothes.
Peter smiled with satisfaction and pushed the cart to another isle.
"Here baby, since you've been such a good little one, I have a surprise for you."
Tony looked up at where Peter had brought him and his eyes widened.
And entire isle just filled with pacifiers, stuffed animals, baby blankets, and more.
Little Tony's heaven.
Peter picked Tony up.
"You can take anything you like, just point to where you want to go and I'll take you."
Tony scanned the shelves nervously.
"I promise, take anything you like. How about we start with the pacifiers?"
Peter walked over to the small area and showed  Tony the array of chewers.
"Here, pick another one."
Tony looked at all the chewers, each with a different design on them.
Then he saw one.
It was red and it had a picture of a spiderweb in
White on the front of it.
Tony slowly raised his hand and shyly pointed to the pacifier on the end of the third row of the shelf.
Peter reached and grabbed it, smiling when he noticed the design.
He placed it in the cart.
"Alright, now for a toy."
Peter walked down the isle to where there was a lot of stuffed animals and other small toys.
Peter scanned the stuffed animals and his eyes once again, landed on one. It was a fox, just like his red one, except that it was purple and wasn't falling apart.
Peter noticed Tony looking at the fox, so he grabbed it, and a container of letter blocks and placed it into the cart.
Peter also grabbed a light grey blanket covered in glow in the dark stars.

After another 15 minutes, Peter and Tony went to checkout.
Peter scanned their items before taking them back to the car and loading them in the trunk.
Peter quickly set up Tony's car seat as well and strapped him inside.
"T'wou papa," Tony mumbled through his chewer to Peter as he started the car.
Peter smiled.
"Anything for you. Thank you for behaving, you're the sweetest little in the world."

As Peter drove back to the tower, Tony's eyes slowly drooped closed and by the time Peter had parked the car and went to unbuckle Tony, he was fast asleep, clutching onto his red fox.
Peter smiled as he picked up the sleeping little in his arms.

"Sweet dreams, little one."
