Chapter One

Lola's POV

"Oh Lola Rose Jennings I love you so much will you marry me???" Niall asked on one knee

"Yes Niall! YES!!! I love you so so much!" I said jumping up and down after he put the ring on my finger. Niall picked me up and swung me around. He pulled me down to kiss me. our lips were about to touch--

I woke up. Thank God it was a dream. I hate Niall now. He hurt me so badly. I turned over looking at the clock. It was 10:57am. Not too early. At least it's the first day of Summer. And the first day without dating Niall after 3 years together.

'Stop bringing him up!' I thought to myself.

I heard a buzzing noise. I look at my phone and it was from Ally. I haven't even told her everything.

To: LOLA<3

From: Ally:)

"Hey babe. I heard about the break up. Niall told me. He is a mess now. Did you know that?"

To: Ally:)

From: LOLA<3

"Ya we broke up. Did he tell you why??"

To: LOLA<3

From: Ally:)

"I'm sorry to hear. And no, why'd you guys break up????"

To: Ally:)

"Come here in 20. I'll explain everything then. Bring some ice cream :("

I wasn't expecting another text from her so I got up and went to the bathroom. I got in to wash my face. It was still looking horrible. My mascara is down my face and my eyes are red and puffy.

I bent down to the sink and splashed water on my face. When I looked up I saw Niall's toothbrush. I picked it up and threw it away.

"LOLA IM LEAVING FOR WORK! LOVE YOU!" My dad shouted out. "DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE DOG AND TOBY!"

"LOVE YOU TOO DAD AND I WONT!"

Toby was my little brother. He was 7 years old. He always looked up to me and I took care of him. He's the sweetest little boy ever. And he loved Niall. Why the hell does his name pop out to everything? Dammit.

I went to the shower and let the semi-hot water hit my body. Making me feel relaxed. I heard a knock on the bathroom door.

"Hold on Toby!" I screamed as I was drying off.

"It's not Toby, love." I heard Ally's Irish accent say.

"Oh okay Ally. Let me change!"

It was a lazy recovering day. I wore my favorite black leggings and my Mickey Mouse off the shoulder sweeter that was a little big. I put on a little mascara and my hair in a messy bun.

"Hey how you feeling?" Ally asked right when I walked out of the bathroom.

"Honestly, terrible. I can't believe he would do such a thing." I said holding back my tears with all my strength.

"Babe you need to talk to him."

"No! What I need to do is make breakfast for Toby and feed the dog."

"Lola! At least tell me what happened." She said slightly frowning. I sighed and nodded.

"Niall was taking me out to this really romantic restaurant. When he picked me up he wasn't very dressed up. He just wore nicer jeans and a v neck. Instead of taking me to a restaurant he took me to the club. I was dancing with him having the time of my life. Then this red head chick came up and slapped Niall across the face. I didn't know who she was. Then she was like 'Niall your cheating on me with an ugly Blondie?' He looked startled. He then looked at me. I saw the guilt in his eyes so she wasn't lying. I slapped Niall harder across the face. At this point I had tears streaming down my face. I told him it was over and ran out of the club. He tried to find me but I hid behind a bush until he left. After he left I called my dad to pick me up. I came home and changed. Right after I changed I cried. Just cried. He cheated on me. Three years meant nothing to him. I ended up crying myself to sleep." I told Ally the whole story. She looked sad and mad. I could tell she was going to do something about this. After that my Beagle, Polly, came in licking me. She tried to make me feel better but it didn't work.
