17. Norvil

I wake up to the sound of the key turning and the door being pushed. My eyes are blinded by the light enaminating from the corridor . My  eyes slowly adjust to the light and meet with a man in his early fifties with grey and brown hair, dressed all in black. "Who are you", I say weakly to the tall and broad man completely filling the entrance, " where's Travis" am starting to get scared.
"Hello, finally we meet again senorita" he says to me.
"Meet again",I ponder inside my head trying to remember where I met this stranger.
"Taxi that tried to rob you on Friday? Does that ring a bell to you sweetheart " he says as he squats near to me facing me. I push myself backwards towards the wall in fear, now that I remember he was the driver who abducted me and Ray a few days ago. I thought the police had arrested them, my heart starts to race knowing that even the police can't stop him.
"Why am I here, what do you want from me?" I bravely ask him,
" well you my friend are both lucky and unlucky, Hahaha" he scornfully laughs at me. "You see Azra Falls, the first time we had a sweet plan for you but your baby daddy acted like a hero and saved you, but u can't escape my octopus arms so I already have you where I want you now and shorter than I expected. Who knew my boy Sivert could pull off the job so easily". The haggard looking man says scanning my face. Maybe trying to identify a trace of fear in me. I had earlier to pep talked myself into being brave. I will be brave for the sake of my daughter. I don't know what I did to this guy or Trevis alias Sivert but what ever they have against me. I won't let them win.
"What do u want from me and who are you?", I ask him and since he already knows who I am, then it would be fair if I get to know my captivator.
"Hehehehe", his irritating laughter comes again. You  have not been nice to my daughters. You remember in high school when you participated in breaking Clara's drug supply chain. You and your click were able to identify my niece Clara as the supplier of Norvil. The only drug that was bringing in more profits. He grits his teeth, expressing his anger. We've been trying to find you and your click such that you compensate us for the huge loss we made in that year. Do u know how much you made us lose Mrs. I care so much". His tone is now high." Pwaaaah" I hear it before I can even feel it. The slap immediately sends me to the floor, blood automatically starts oozing from my nose. As am trying to stop the bleeding with my dress, he kicks me in the stomach,and grabs me by the hair so am seated properly. "Aaaaaaargh" I wheeze in pain.
"Do you think you would never pay for this Azra. Stupid girl and when you resurface, you want to steal the love of my daughter's life. Don't tell me you don't know anything about Penn" he pauses looking at me.
"Am so sorry", I say mid sobs coughing the lump in my throat as I curl on the floor. The pain in my tummy is unbearable, "please forgive me" I cry thinking about my baby. I still need to be strong for her.
"Forgive you!!!" he scoffs," that's unheard of in the dark world ,it's an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. I will teach you a lesson you will never forget". My captivator who I now believe is Pen's dad promises, looking  at me with piercing blood shot eyes. He has a tattoo of an alligator behind his ear. The stench of alcohol is on him. Clara's warning last Friday start ringing in my ears. "I was thinking of slaughtering you and selling your internal organs to the hospitals but your lucky your fake friend pleaded for your life. It's sad how you easily trust people, Sivert was paid to get close to you. I paid him myself the moment Clara reported to me that she had seen you on campus. I don't know which story line he used on you but it surely worked." he looks at me to see if am still following.
"Am truly sorry sir, I tried to plead with him as my hands are compressing my stomach to ease the pain. "I didn't really mean to cause you harm. And I promise to stay from Pen's boyfriend as far as I can "
"Hmmmmm, your fate has been decided little bitch. One of my mafia friends from Mexico called me the day you were brought in and asked if I had a female slave I could offer him. At first I told him off but on looking at your features, you will bring me a little fortune." he smiles at me exposing his yellow teeth discolored probably from using drugs. "He will be thrilled to have a beautiful personal slave like you. Am sure you will be able to satisfy all his desires". He runs his finger on my face giving me cold shivers. Am in fear and agony at the moment wondering how my fate all of a sudden twisted. "Await your shipping to Mexico soon little birdie" with that, my captivator slams the door behind me. I continue to weep bitterly hugging my knees tightly to ease the pain in my tummy. I curse myself inwardly for trusting people like Trevis. If that's even his real name.look what I have brought myself on. I would be in a lecture at the moment or talking to my family, but look at me now. My cramped weak body lies on the floor, am now used to the stench of urine on the floor.Slowly I enter a painful sleep.
