"Get out of my way," The same girl snapped.

The girl who had just ran into me was blaming me for this? Oh, hell no! I opened my mouth to say something, but something stopped me. She was pretty with long dark black hair and bright brown eyes. She looked stuck up and someone I would never want to hang out with.

She stepped around me with a scoff and stalked off.

"Bitch," I muttered under my breath.

"Yeah, don't pay attention to Lyla," Another girl came up to my side said.

"What's up her butt?" I asked without looking at her.

"Jealously," The girl said.

I finally turned to look at her. For a woman myself I know its kind of strange to say, but she was gorgeous. Beautiful long blonde hair, pretty grey/blue eyes, flawless tanned skin, and a body to kill for. I felt speechless, unable to move, couldn't do anything. After a few tries I managed to get something out.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked.

She seemed oblivious of her beauty and my reaction to it.

What the hell, I don't swing that way and I have a hot boyfriend, calm yourself, Ashley.

"She's mad that she can't get to the front of the line," She clarified a little more.

"Front of the line?" I asked, slightly confused.

"Never danced as Show Girl?" She guessed, a smile playing her full lips.

I shook my head to answer her question.

"Well, when you dance here, there's a front girl that leads the line. She's pissed that she can't get to the lead," She explained.

"Ahhh, ok, that make's since," I said.

"Its sad," She commented.

"What's sad?" I asked confused.

"Those girls that died were getting to the lead but those horrible accidents got in their way," She said.

"That's horrible," I commented.

Suddenly, she smiled broadly, just about making me breathless.

"Hi, I'm Venus," She said holding her hand out.

"I'm Ash," I said taking her hand.

"Good luck later," She said before walking off.

"Thanks," I called after her.

I watched her walk off and when she disappeared from sight I continued my way to the girls I was dancing with in same costume.

"We go on in an hour," One of them told me.

"Do you need help putting the feathers on?" Another asked.

I nodded at her and she quickly and expertly helped me set them upon my head so it wouldn't fall while I was dancing. Once she was finished I excused myself to the bathroom to call Dean. He picked up on the second ring.

"Something wrong?" He asked.

"You guys were right?" I said quietly.

"About?" He asked.

"All the girls that died were rising to fame. They were heading to the head of the line," I told him. "Someone must have gotten jealous and helped themselves."

"What if this is just a human not wanting to share the spotlight?" Sam's voice cut in.

"They still need to be stopped and until we know if its human or not, you guys need to do research," I told them.
