I sit, alone at the bar table of the diner, people glaring at me, I hardly pay attention anymore. Emma sits down beside me, I shy away from her, showing her respect of the higher authority.

“Hey, my dad told me about your brother this morning, he’s missing. He’s out of his cell. Any ideas on where he went?” Emma asks me.

“I got an idea, he probably went to the place called Mr. Gold’s Pawn Shop and Antique Dealer, because it has deal makings and things like that. He’s been obsessed with killing his Crocodile,” I say quietly. Emma smiles.

“Thanks, I’ll take it from there, but, I’ll tell you updates as soon as we got them. How about we hang out some time? Get to know each other a little bit,” Emma suggests.

“Maybe,” I shrug. She smiles and leaves, heading to Gold’s.

I didn’t order anything, and the old lady there said ‘Order or Leave’ and so I had to leave. I walk out into the cold wind and I walked down to the docks, and I noticed that Killigan was there on a bench. I sit down beside him and he looks over at me, he has sadness and anger in his eyes.

“The stupid crocodile took my heart, he has yet to crush it, and well, I have to do his dirty work. I can’t leave. Things just got more delayed. We can’t leave when I was planning on, but instead, we have to stay here, under The Charmings’ District, and not our own. We left the kingdom behind because it was Corrupt and Immoral, they took Liam away from us. Every place with royalty is going to be like that.,” Killigan mumbles sadly.

“Killigan. No kingdom is going to end up like King George the Second. This is Prince Charming and Snow White. Both told to be very kind and friendly people. And, it’s alright, we can stay here for some time. There is nothing wrong with living here, but what is wrong is you breaking out of jail,” I say, looking to the ground.

“Well, I really didn’t like it there, too hostile, and people demanding questions about information about things like my past. And that boy is nothing but trouble!” Killigan says, getting upset about being in jail, and changing the topic to being focused on here, rather than onto the past, with King George the Second.

“Killigan, it’s fine, tell Emma that you escaped, and everything that occurred while doing so. Please,” I plead.

“You can’t force me to do anything…  And… It’s my responsibility to protect you,” Killigan says, looking back to the ocean.

“But it’s my responsibility to make sure that we live honest lives and to make proper choices, and so far, you haven’t lived either, only admitting loving your Milah,” I say, looking at the ocean as well.

“Fine, you bested me, only this once…  when you suggest we go and talk to Emma?” Killigan asks.

“Now,” I say, getting up and I walk to the Pawn Shop.

Once we neared the building, Killigan began talking me out of it, to get me to give in and let him go, but I grab his right hand’s wrist and trudge forward. We ran into Emma, in the doorway.

“Oh! You found him, Keira, I was just about go look for him. Gold told me that he left with a few things, and that he would be off at some spots in town. Knowing that you guys are pirates, I assumed either the bar at Grannies, or the docks. Turns out I have one less thing on my list to do,” Emma says, smiling at the last sentence.

“Oh? You’re going to look for me, love? You know, I do tend to stare off at the sea, and many different views. This one is probably the beautifullest view I’ve seen,” Killigan says the first part with an eyebrow cocked, and then a soft smile.

“Not in that way, on a business note,” Emma says, being unmoved by his charms, and ignoring the last few statements. Killigan just has a smirk on his face and just for a second has the glimmer of admiration in his eyes, the same way he looked at his Milah. I smile a little. Emma caught the smile and gave us a dirty look. Her look to me was ‘don’t encourage him’, and her look to him was ‘Really? You’re a wanted pirate. I can have your head.’

“Common, you have to come back to the Sheriff’s Department,” Emma says.

“Which one of the infamous Jones?” Killigan asks.

“Both of you. Common, just a few questions, nothing to be worried about, except for you, Mr. You’re in major trouble,” Emma says.

“You’re talking firm and commanding, giving me chills, really,” Killigan flirts.

“Shut up, can you? Dad is not happy,” Emma says, glaring at him. Killigan forces a shiver and walks by her side, I simply follow them, a certain distance away from them. Emma opens up the door, and I walk in, and Killigan stays at her side, flirting with her while I sit down. Prince Charming is so angry that he sees me, and walks up to me.

“Please don’t hurt me..” I cower. Killigan comes up, and I see that Prince Charming has an injury on his head, and Killigan has a protective stance in front of me.

“Don’t hurt my sister, mate,” Killigan says. Charming punches him in the jaw.

“That was deserved, for both our sakes, but don’t hurt my sister,” Killigan says, laughing the first half and the the last part he had a serious look in his face. Charming nods, and grabs Killigans’ elbow and throws him into a cell. Eliza and Emma walk up to me, and tell me to follow them to a private office. I sit down and I answer a few of their questions. I tell them everything I know, including everything that I learned earlier that day from Killigan. I want to show them that I’m honest and not that bad. I just made a bad first impression on Eliza and I need to prove that I’m good, not bad.
