So fellas! How are you liking the story so far? I know I have added a lot of more Chinese elements than my previous story. So here is just a basic understanding of the addresses and titles to not make you confused in the further chapters.

Also, the story is of course focussed on WangXian and the palace life in Gusu.

So this update would be telling you about the royalty and the noble families and military ones . I will update some more for the other characters later if you want.

So let's begin:

So, first of all what is a Prince Consort? A man who marries into the Imperial family is called so (generally to a princess but it doesn't matter here). So, in Chinese they are called Fuma. But, considering this is A/B/O, there is also consideration of secondary gender, so the address of Furen is used as well.

Wei Wuxian [OMEGA]- The servants, maids call him Er-Furen or Er-Fuma (Second Prince Consort) and he is announced in any event, so as well. After marrying Lan Wangji he got his royal title Yueguang-Jun (Light of the moon, considering his beauty and rareness as a male omega) . Lan Xichen and Jin Guangyao call him by his courtesy name or Wei-Gongzi considering he hails from a noble family (The Jiangs). Lan Wangji calls him Wei Ying right now. 

Lan Wangji [ALPHA]- Outsiders or even the Jiangs call him by his royal title Hanguang-Jun or Er-Dianxia (Second Highness kinda). Family use his courtesy name. Wei Ying uses his birth name. When announced for an event, it is Er Huang Zi (Second Prince).

Lan Xichen [ALPHA]- Outsiders and his in laws address him as Zewu-Jun or Dianxia. Family uses courtesy name. Jin Guangyao calls him A-Huan. Wangji calls him Xiongzhang. Wuxian calls him Xichen-Ge. When announced, it is Da Huang Zi (Eldest Prince).

Lan Qingming [ALPHA]- His sons address him as Fuqin in private and Lan Qiren as Xiongzhang. In Court Lan Wangji, Wei Wuxian, Lan Xichen and Jin Guangyao call him Huang Fu (Imperial Father).Everyone else addresses him as Huangshang as he is the Emperor. His title Qingheng-Jun would be used by other Emperors in later chapters. They are OCs. Wen Chao and Wen Xu are later introduced as his nephews and address him as Huang Shu (Imperial Uncle).

Jin Guangyao [BETA]- After marrying Lan Xichen, he got his royal title, Lianfang-Jun and outsiders address him so. When announced or when outsiders call him it is Da-Furen or Da-Fuma. His in-laws use the courtesy name. Lan Xichen uses A-Yao. Wuxian calls him Yao-Ge. Lan Wangji calls him Xiong Fu.

Lan Qiren [BETA]- He is in charge of education of the princes as well as administrative duties. He also teaches at the royal academy for the noble family and military family kids. So they address him as  Lan-Laoshi (Teacher Lan). Some call him as Lan Xiansheng (Mr. Lan) as well. Lan Wangji, Lan Xichen and their husbands call him Huang Shu (Imperial Uncle). His royal title is Zhihui-Jun (Lord of wisdom), since he is known for his knowledge and wisdom.

The Empress (Lan Qingming's wife; as of now, dead) is addressed as Huang Hou by everyone and Huang Mu (Imperial mother) by the Emperor's kids. Other consorts of the Emperor are just called Ba Zi(Consort).

Xiao Xingchen [BETA]- Wei Wuxian's Shijiu (Martial Uncle). Lan Wangji addresses him by his name and so does Song Zichen. All servants addresses him as Xingchen-Ge. One of the 8 Elite Guards.

Song Zichen [ALPHA]- Same as Xiao Xingchen. One of the 8 Elite Guards.

Jiang Fengmian [BETA]- He is nobility but also manages Yunmeng so his most common address will be Jiang-Zongzhu. Wei Wuxian calls him Jiang-Shushu considering he was his father's sworn brother. Jiang Cheng and Jiang Yanli naturally address him as A-Die (informal word for father). Jin Zixuan calls him Yuefu (Wife's father).

Yu Ziyuan [BETA]- Most commonly Yu-Furen or Jiang-Furen. Wei Wuxian calls her Yu-Ayi. Her children call her A-Niang (Informal word for mother). Jin Zixuan calls her Yuemu (Wife's mother).

Jiang Cheng [ALPHA]- Family uses A-Cheng. Wei Wuxian calls him Cheng-Ge sometimes. Others address him as Jiang-Gongzi. Lan Wangji and Jin Zixuan later address him as Jiang Wanyin.

Jiang Yanli [OMEGA]- After marriage she is Jin Shao Furen (Young Madam Jin). Family, in laws and Jin Zixuan use A-Li. Wei Wuxian calls Shijie and Jiang Cheng A-Jie.

Jin Guangshan [ALPHA]- Jin-Zongzhu. (Same as Jiang Fengmian)

Wen Ruohan [ALPHA]- Wen-Zongzhu. (Same as Jiang Fengmian)

Nie Mingjue [ALPHA]- Nie-Jiangjun (General Nie). Huaisang calls him Da-Ge. Lan Xichen is his best friend and calls him Mingjue or Mingjue-Xiong. He hates Jin Guangyao who used to work for him and betrayed him later. He got bestowed with his title of Chifeng-Jun for his achievements in the battles.

Wen Qing [ALPHA]- Wen Daifu (healer Wen). Wen Ning calls her A-Jie. Otherwise call her Wen-Guniang.

Wen Ning [BETA]- Just Wen Ning or his courtesy name Wen Qiónglín.

Jin Zixuan [ALPHA]- Jin-Gongzi for outsiders. Family and Jiang Yanli use A-Xuan. In laws use courtesy name. Lan Wangji later also uses the courtesy name. Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian use Jiefu (elder sister's husband).

Wen Chao [ALPHA]- Wen-Er-Gongzi. Emperor and family(Wens) call him Chao-er. (He is a bad character, telling you now)

Wen Xu [ALPHA]- Wen-Gongzi. Emperor and family(Wens) call him Xu-er. (Not much of a role)

Nie Huaisang [BETA]- Nie-Er-Gongzi. Wei Wuxian befriends him later and calls him Nie-Xiong.

Also, about the rules of Cloud Recesses.... Yeah I changed most of them. Because I seriously cannot imagine the Emperor hosting a banquet without alcohol. They have curfew and shit but that's it. Our baby Wei Ying gets to eat as he likes because lord knows how luxurious the life of a royalty was in reality!!😅😅😅😅
