Su Dashi arrived in Jingshi with her handmaidens.
Not a single Omega in sight.
She frowned but said nothing.
A beta servant, probably the head servant took her to a pavilion. She sat down and looked around. Jingshi was located in the coldest part of Cloud Recesses, yet there was a pond full of Lotus flowers, not too far away from her.

Su Dashi immediately stood up, back straight as the two men came in front of her.
Lan Wangji looked a lot like his brother minus the eyes. Lan Xichen had warm, brown eyes, she had noticed; Lan Wangji had cold, golden eyes just like his father.
On the other hand Wei Wuxian..... Ah. How to put it? The rumours about his beauty were not unfounded. He was not just beautiful but also handsome in a charming sort of way.

"Greetings to Taizi Dianxia and Taizi Fei," she immediately bowed.
"Su Ba Zi, welcome to Jingshi," Wei Wuxian smiled as the three sat down. Su Dashi fiddled with her fingers, nervously.
Wei Wuxian immediately took charge and casually started a conversation as he instructed the servants to bring out breakfast.
Su Dashi gradually relaxed and spoke about her stay at the Hanshi.
"Ah. But it seems, Lianfang-Jun isn't too fond of this servant," Su Dashi smiled bitterly.
(Concubines and side consorts were of lower rank and so were their children. Hence infront of a principal consort, they refer to themselves as servant.)
Wei Wuxian's cup froze in his hand and even Lan Wangji looked up at her. Su Dashiwondered if she said something she wasn't meant to.
"Su Ba Zi, I will be frank," Wei Wuxian said, casually leaning back, "Every family has problems. Ours does as well. As your brother-in-law, I can only ask you to be vigilant in front of Da-Furen. And married or not, you still have rights over Dianxia. Don't let others belittle you."
Su Dashi was stunned. Was there something wrong with Da-Furen after all? Why did the Crown Princess become so serious all of a sudden?
"I understand," she silently said, lowering her head.
Su Dashi actually felt happy here. Wei Wuxian talked to her very familiarly. Not like she was a hostage as everyone else thinks. Lan Wangji was polite but was attentive in the discussion.
It's not so bad.
"Right, Taizi Fei, have you been to the Harem?" She asked suddenly making Wei Wuxian choke.
"Even if Harem matters should fall under my jurisdiction, I am still a man. Is it appropriate...?" Wei Wuxian trailed off, embarrassed as he looked at his husband.
"Huh? What do you mean? Lianfang-Jun handles the Harem matters. Why wouldn't you be allowed?" She asked, surprised.
This time, Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian were surprised.
"What?" Wei Wuxian was surprised.
"Uh pardon me, but I thought since you aren't interested, Lianfang-Jun is in charge. He himself asked me to accompany him sometimes to visit the Harem. More like asked me to stay there.... Which I will, but after a year according to your rules," Su Dashi explained everything, pursing her lips, annoyed at Jin Guangyao's obvious efforts to kick her out.
