3. Engagement

My body and heart trembled at the same time in terror and anger, I had no words to say, I just felt so mad that I wanted to punch Draco in the face.

"This is my son, you can call him Draco," Narcissa said as Draco approached me.

 "Nice to meet you, ma'am."Draco smiled at me before grabbing my hand and kissing the back of my hand.
I stared at him and bit my lip tightly. 

"Her name is y/n y/l, you can call her y/n, she is the adopted daughter of Mr & Mrs. Wynne," Narcissa said. 

"Your daughter is very beautiful," Draco said, caressing the back of my hand with his nose.

 I tried to pull my hand back but it didn't work because he held my hand tightly. 

"Go sit down, Draco, so we can talk," Lucius said. 

"Yes" Draco answered his father, but his eyes were fixed on me.

"Let go of my hand."I hissed softly and tried to pull my hand back again.

He smirked and let out my hand before leaning over to my ear.

 "I told you that we will meet again," Draco whispered and kissed my ear. 

I flicked my face away from him and clenched my fist. 

Draco let out a small chuckle before walking over to sit next to my adoptive mother, which was on the chair opposite me. 

"y/n, he looks very good, right?" My adoptive mother asked and grinned.

 I didn't answer, just stared at Draco with a calm expression on my face.

 "y/n" Lucius called me. 

I turned my head to look at him. 

"You know what, my son doesn't like girls easily, but he likes you a lot," Lucius said and small smiled. 

 I forced myself to smile at Lucius. 

"It is our honor that Draco is interested in her."My adoptive mother said.

 I scoffed and stared at Draco, who was also staring at me.

 "It is my honor that the two of you have accepted my offer," Draco said before sweetly smiling at my adoptive parents. 

"Don't be so modest."My adoptive father said to him affectionately. 

Draco smiled at my adoptive father before turning to smirk at me.

 I could only bite my lower lip tightly and clench my fists. 

"Did Draco make an offer for you guys?"Narcissa asked in surprise.

 "Yes, Draco made an offer to us. He told us that he liked our adopted daughter very much. He said that he had been single for a long time and he thought his age should be time to get married. He said he was stable enough and able to take responsibility for our daughter."My adoptive mother explained. 

"And we knew the two of you very well so we immediately decided to accept his offer."My adoptive father added, staring at Lucius and Narcissa.

 "It's great, I've never seen my son show so much interest in anything before...But he shows a lot of interest in your daughter."Lucius said. 

As Lucius finished his sentence, they continued to talk about something, but I ignored their conversation as my concentration turned to Draco, who was staring relentlessly at me. 

He stared at me as his fingers brushed his lips back and forth. 

I scoffed and looked the other way, trying to ignore him.
