Chapter 23- Shopping...

Hailey's POV -

"Wait what....."

I ask shocked...

"How could this be happening?... I mean I thought you said he was in jail...."

"No.... Well you know what's the shocking part? Ash says..

"H-He's..... Brandon's Dad as well.."

I gasp..

"What!.... Omg... so basically my boyfriend was your stepbrother who...."

I didn't continue cause I know it's gonna hurt her again...

I just don't wanna relive any of this... or neither does she..

"Well yah... Now let's go. What do you wanna do?"

"Ok first off! Let's break this sad mood! What about shopping??"

I ask in an excited voice.

"My goodness, you're always into shopping but let's go"

Ash laughs and pouts which makes me feel 1000x better.

"Anyway, I heard James is throwing a party today... With Hilary guh"
I say rolling my eyes.

"We need to go then, specially if Hilary's there then there will obviously be drama"
Ash chuckles.

"Drama here we come!"

I grab Ash's hands and quickly go into the car...

Someone with a deep voice calls Ash's name behind us...
Making us stop
Immediately...

...

"Hey... Uh" Ash's Dad speaks.

"Hmm?" Ash murmurs as she looks down on the road.

"I just wanna... Say sorry again about before... I've changed... a lot if I say... So yah... And I'm very sorry about what-"

"No stop please.." Ash says.

"Ash... We should go.."
I say when I see Ash's frown..

"I just wanted to say sorry... I'll see you around.."
Her dad leaves as we walk towards the car.

...

"Hailey! Are you done changing??"

"Gosh! Wait! Lemme try this!" I shout in the dressing room.

"Okay! Wait- try this!"

Ash shoves this dress that catches my attention.

It's a nice black dress... It looks like a cocktail dress...

The neck holds onto the neck and has a nice oval shape on the chest...

Not exactly on the boobs or anything but close to the collar bone.

I change into it and look into the mirror... Wow it looks so cool!

We both quickly buy the dresses and get into the car..

"Wtf! I never knew you had so much makeup!"

I say in shock. Ash never wears makeup but what the.... There's a whole pile of makeup in her room...

Her whole room is filled with makeup basically....

"Yeah I know... My aunt buys too much makeup to be honest... she really likes makeup.. And she buys me too" Ash shrugs.
"I never use them anyway..."

"Well now we should!"

I get all excited and try all the different kinds of cool makeup on the tables and drawer...

"Hailey you ready?!"

I look myself in the mirror...

Wow... I look.. So different and fierce.... I used to look innocent but now I look like a total rebel with the makeup and the dress...

"Damn look at yourself" Ash says.

Ash is wearing this nice dress that is strapless and on the bottom skirt it's pink but the upper part is black.... She looks so pretty on it!

"Well you should look at yourself in the mirror once in a while" I chuckle.

"Haha okay okay enough with the compliments! now let's go!

Ash grabs my hands and we leave off to the party...
the party that has the bitch I hate the most....
