Long time, no see!

The past few weeks here have kind of been hectic. We had been going through the process of acquiring the building for the restaurant. We had also began to start hiring staff. We had appointed Matteo to be the general manager. He really was serious about the position I could tell. Even just going over the basics with him, he was zeroed in and ready.
Turns out some of my men knew how to cook well, so I appointed them to be the chefs. I would really prefer as much of the staff as possible to be already in the life. It would really help push the narrative of covering our identity. Staff who weren't in the life, were not going to know anything going on behind the scenes.
While working on the restaurant, we had been moving forward on the mission at hand. The next target we're trying to work on is Scaletta. He's the guy that nearly killed us when we were trying to leave for the states.
We got a tip on the network that he would soon be in the states for a business meeting. Hence the reason we are just going after him for this moment. When we go back to Italy, there is no back and forth. We would have to hit the remaining targets back to back.
I think the guys are highly anticipating eliminating Scaletta. I'm pretty sure they want to get back to Italy as soon as possible. I keep reminding them over and over again, we would have to take this as a steady pace. We could not rush this or we would all be dead. It's lucky he's coming to the states. In the coming days, we would just have to be ready to strike.
"So..." Leo started at the board. "Scaletta is meeting with some sort of contact in Ohio. We know it's not a family because of the research we did when we came here. I suggest we get him any other time that he's not at that meeting. We don't know if that contact has goons themselves. Sound good?" He looked at us.
"I agree, we need to just focus on the target at hand. We don't want to deal with any unnecessary casualties. The least amount of attention possible." I replied. "Is there anyway we can be able to pinpoint his location?"
We were all silent for some moments, trying to figure exactly how to tell where he was without a tracker.
"I don't think it would be possible unfortunately. It would be great if we had his flight information. We can gain access to the national flights in Italy, but it would be impossible to tell which plane was his. Our best bet is figuring out where that damn meeting is." Donovan spoke up. He sighed out in frustration. How the hell were we going to locate this man?
"Look, let's not dawn on that too much now. I'm sure when he gets here, we'll come up with something." I tried to encourage the group. Donovan gave a not too convinced look. "For now, let's focus on the restaurant, yeah?"
"I agree, Matteo...wanna shed light on that?" Leo directed at him.
"Of course. As you guys know, I got this restaurant on lock. Listen, I've set it up to the point where we can open in three days." He nodded and gave us a confident smirk.
"Wait, three days?" Leo gave a confused look, "You're sure about that?"
"Hell yes. Luckily, we already have a trained staff. This is what the pass several weeks have been about. Not only did we get the building, but the restaurant is move in ready. It didn't need many renovations at all. Cooks on deck, staff on deck, we're good to go." He shrugged. "Trust me."
Nobody said anything because we didn't know what to say. Matteo claims this is ready for the grand opening. I guess we didn't all expect this to happen so soon. It seemed like we were just talking about it, but several weeks have gone by.
