"Rae, this goes in the top 5 for me." I told her as I ate the dinner she made. She smiled and shook her head.

"Well thank you." She replied.

I looked to see Matteo scarfing his food down. Looks like it could be a top 5 for him too.

It was a mellow night for us. We were still riding off the weapons we had retrieved a few weeks ago, but we still needed sustainable income. Of course we also had our own personal funds to go around.

But they were still paying for our assets back in Italy. Rae had a heap of money to bulk out every month for her properties and so did I. So...that's where we are now.

"Alright guys, hear me out." Matteo started. It was never usually anything good when he said that.

"What could you possibly have to say?" I sighed. Listen, I've known Matteo for years. I love him, but that dude has said almost nothing productive. I'm just interested to see what could be different about this time.

We all looked at him, curious to hear.

"I think I got a solution to our little money problem." He looked at each of. "I think this will be a great venture for us to get in."

"What is it?" Leo sat back.

"We should make a restaurant." He said with his face lit up. "I'm serious, we could be just like the mafia movies. I think this is a good idea guys and we have the money for it."

A restaurant? Is he serious. I looked at Leo and Rae for help, I couldn't read what they were thinking. Rae might be waiting to see Leo's response since he handles the finances. It was silent for a few moments, Matteo still looking at each of us.

"You know, that's actually not a bad idea..." Leo started. I raised my eyebrows at him.

"You serious?"

"Yeah, Matteo could actually be on to something with that. This would also allow us to stop appearing under Stephen's alias. The restaurant could be a new alias for us." Leo got up from the table and went to retrieve his book. I always thought it was crazy for him to write everything in the book rather than the laptop. But it was an extra security measure because anybody can hack into it.

"We have the money to buy a space, hire a full staff and pay them far above minimum wage level. We have the money for equipment and everything. I say we go for it." He shut the book and looked at Rae and I. "Also, if the police ever get involved...we can hide anything and everything at the restaurant. The first suspecting place they would look is here. I say put in the extra money to get a secret room put in."

I looked at Rae and she looked at me.

"What do you think?" She asked.

"What do you think?" I asked her right back.

"I think it's a good idea. The restaurant will be it's own entity, so everything we do can be in the name of the restaurant and not us." She shrugged. I nodded. Rae was way smarter than me, so if she thought it was a good business move, I won't deny her.

"Alright, I'm on board. That will be our project we work on now. Although, let's not lose sight of the real mission at hand. We still have to go after those 4 bastards on the commission. I don't want to be under the the restaurant's alias forever." I told them.

"Wow, look at me. I always knew I was a genius." Matteo gloated.

"Shut up, you come up with one good idea every 20 years." I chuckled. He flipped me off and we began to clean up the table.
