Chapter 4: Arriving in New York, Attack and A Wish Come True.

Shortly after Leatherhead left Mikey, a ship had landed at the docks and when a security guard passed the opened crate, a pair of glowing yellow eyes could be seen but then they disappeared.

Alopex raced off of the ship, out of the docks, and onto a building where she had a view to scout out the whole city looking for the monsters.

"Wow, the city looks so beautiful tonight." She said admiring the view just then she saw a shadowy figure in the distance on top of another building.

"What is that?" She said, staring at the figure. "It doesn't look like one of the Turtles or their human friends." She continued.

Just then she could make out the shape, a huge alligator that looked like one of the sketches of the monsters roaming New York.

"Aha! One of the monsters! I found one!" She hissed quietly and began making her way towards it.

Meanwhile Leatherhead was walking home when he felt that he wasn't alone.

He growled "Who's there?!" He asked to get into an attack position.

Just then someone came out and hit him.

"I mean it! Who is there?!" He shouted again.

Then someone came and hit him again. Leatherhead growled in anger and turned into his white eyed attack mode.

He tried to catch the fast moving object but he couldn't. The blurry figure then knocked him down.

But Leatherhead seized his opportunity and grabbed the person who had attacked him by their hand.

He was surprised that it was a mutant fox.

Alopex struggled trying to get her hand out of Leatherhead's grip. "Grr! Let me go mon....!" She said trying to get free but stopped when she saw Leatherhead.

She stared at him and he stared back at her.

"She's so lovely." Leatherhead thought as he held her hand.

"He's so handsome." Alopex thought as she calmed down.

But then she broke the silence "Um do you mind putting me down?" She asked politely.

Leatherhead blushed and set her down "Yeah yeah sure." He said shyly as he put her down quickly but gently.

"Thank you." Alopex said blushing.

"You're welcome. But I need to ask why did you attack me in the first place?" Leatherhead asked suspiciously.

"Oh um I thought that you were one of the monsters roaming this city and that you were going to attack my friends and allies: The Turtles." She said.

Leatherhead's eyes widened "No I won't attack the Turtles and their human friends, they are my friends and allies as well." He explained everything to Alopex.

Alopex was shocked. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't know." She said.

Leatherhead smiled "It's okay. I must say though you are a pretty good fighter to be able to take me on alone." He said complimenting Alopex's fighting skills.

Alopex smirked "Why thank you. You're not so bad yourself with how you were able to eventually grab me despite the fact that no one can because of my speed." She said complimenting his fast reflexes.

"Leatherhead, where are you man?!" Someone called.

Leatherhead jumped realizing that it was Slash.

"Sorry I have to go." He said and quickly left, but he stopped when Alopex called him.

"Wait, will I ever see you again?" She asked.

Leatherhead smiled, "Yes, meet me on top of one of the buildings at midnight tomorrow." He said.

Alopex smiled "Okay but what's your name?" She asked.

"Leatherhead, what's yours?" He said smiling.

"I'm Alopex." Said replying.

"Wow that's pretty na.." Leatherhead said dreamily.

"Leatherhead, where are you?!" Slash shouted again which had interrupted Leatherhead's comment.

"Well bye." Leatherhead said before going away.

Alopex smiled and blushed "Bye." She said quietly and left as well.

Soon Leatherhead caught up with Slash. "Where have you been, man?" Slash asked suspiciously.

Leatherhead got worried "Just hanging out with Michelangelo. That's all." He said. trying to sound convincing.

Slash looked at him suspiciously but just shrugged it off "Okay well let's go home it's almost dawn." He said and they both left.
