*5 Months Later*
After William had taken the crown, he signed a peace treaty with us. He made a choice to reveal himself as an element warrior, most of the kingdom excepted him... the ones who didn't were given the choice or leaving the kingdom, those who dared to repel against him were killed. We have discovered a few element warriors that had been hiding amongst the villagers. We have opened a training program for the warriors to learn and grow their powers. We no longer live in fear of who we were. We have aided the Ash kingdom in rebuilding their kingdom and have actually become very close to William.
As for Christopher and I... It is our wedding day today.
"Wow, you look incredible Skylar." Claire chirped from behind me. I turned towards her as I smiled. I was wearing a beautiful white gown with silver jewels decorating the top. The gown hugged my waist but flowed down, puffing out as it fell to the ground. A few jewels were placed throughout the puffy bottom part of my gown. I had a necklace riddled with diamonds and a large ruby in the center that sat between my collar bones. Clair had done my hair; she did a half braided half down style. She patted my face with some powder as she finished my make up.
"You look pretty good yourself, Claire." she was in a red dress that was decorated with white flowers and her hair was pinned up and her lips were painted in a dark red color. She touched my shoulder, giving it a small squeeze. She placed a tiara on my head, making sure it was centered. I stood, taking a deep breath as I looked at myself.
"I will see you at the ceremony, my dear." She smiled as she left me to be alone. I heard a knock on the door, I shouted for them to enter. David came in, closing the door behind him.
"You wanted to see you, my lady." He bowed which made me laugh. I still wasn't used to that.
I turned towards him, giving him a soft smile. "I was just wonder if maybe..." I got very nervous as I spoke. "Would you walk me down the aisle?"
"Really, you want me to walk you down the aisle. It would be my honor!" He smiled as he stared at me. I let out a sigh of relief.
"I_ I've thought of you as a father figure, I have grown quite attached to you over the last year. You've always looked out for me..."
"I know that your father would have loved to be here for this... he loved your sister and you more than anything in the world, it's an honor to take his spot beside you for this special day." He gently kissed my cheek as I smile.
He offered me his arm and I took it as we walked towards the main hall. I stood at the doorway, I could see Christopher standing at the altar, he was wearing a grey Royal uniform. It looked sharp, very clean. The buttons on his jacket shimmered in the light. I could see the symbol on his white cape. His crown sat on his head, pushing his curly hair down a bit. I smiled as I stared at him, he looked handsome. "Ready?" I turned my attention to David, giving me a nod.
The music began to play, and we began to walk down the aisle. Christopher turned towards me. His eyes soften as he watched me make my way to him. We reached the end of the aisle and Christopher stepped down, reaching his hand out. I took it as he helped me up the steps. He shook Davids's hand and he retreated to his seat.
He leaned in, "You look absolutely beautiful Sky. I am one lucky man." I felt my face get hot as I smiled. He grabbed my hands and held them as the Royal priest spoke. I wasn't really listening to his words; I couldn't take my eyes off of Chris. I felt like this was a dream, I was so happy.
I listened as the priest asked me if I swore to stand beside him in sickness and health, until death do you part. "I do." I said confidently, admiring Chris as he smiled.
I tear fell for my face as Chris spoke, "I do." He reached up and wiped it away.
"I now pronounce you Husband and Wife, Prince and Princess of Silver Relm." He pauses, looking at us both. "You may now, kiss your bride."
Before he could finish, Chris's lips were on mine. He cupped my face, pulling away as he smiled at me. I heard people cheering, we turned to face them. I took his arm and he walked together down the aisle. When we reached the end, he gave me devilish grin and carried me off to his room.
*2 year Later*
Christopher and I were as happy as the day we married. I was lucky to call him mine. Byron and Claire had decided it was time for them to spend some well-earned time together so, he renounced his role as King, allowing Chris to take the Crown. Which means... I was Queen now. Every time someone curtsied to me, calling me queen it still didn't seem real.
I felt Christophers hands wrap around my waist, his hands resting on my stomach. "How are my two favorite people doing this morning?" I smiled as his eyes sparkled. I couldn't help but giggle. Chris let out a gasp and his eyes got wide.
"Did you feel that? I felt a kick!" I smiled, watching his face lit up with joy at the feeling of our child kicking in my belly.
THE END (For now haha)
