"Phoebe Raven."

"Cora Hale."

I shake her hand, she has a firm grip.

"I'm glad to see you back and at your usual..." I try to find the words. "Werewolf self."

"That's thanks to you."

I sit on to one of Dereks expensive chairs. "Oh, no, I did the bare minimum."

I hear someone run down the stairs. I turn to see Boyd. "Phoebe!"

"Boyd!" I stand back up. We meet in in the middle between the chairs and the stairs. He wraps me up into a huge bear hug. My breathing gets cut off but is quickly returned when he let's go.

"Cora and I found out where the alpha pack lives! You wouldn't have guessed it, they live right above the Argents." I would have guessed it, given that I was brought there and let me leave knowing their location. "What is is?" Boyd asks with concern in his eyes.

I hear Cora's foot steps come up behind us. "You don't seem suprised," she notices.

"I knew."

"And you didn't tell anyone?"

I turn to face Cora. "I was scared, okay? They put wolfsbane in me and had the twins follow me around. I didn't want to scare the Argents. Aiden also pointed out that if they wanted to hurt them, they would've already."

"So you're just trusting what they're saying?"

I scoff, "I kind of have to, don't I? There's no other choice."

Cora takes a step towards me. She's a spitfire, I admire that. "We have multiple choices. Starting with killing them."

I step back showing that I don't want a fight, though I would probably win if we did. "Maybe killing them isn't the best choice though. I notice the twins show remorse and they fear Deucalion, we can work with that."

Derek pops out of nowhere with his famous crossed arm stance. "Are you being serious?"

"Yes," I say determinedly. "I am." Surprising as it is, the twins don't seem half bad. They're just as scared as we are.

Derek walks up to me. "I need to talk to you." I shrug my shoulders in a way that says, talk. "Alone." He glances at his two beta's. They roll their eyes and trudge up the stairs.

Boyd stops mid walk causing Cora, who was looking down, to bump into his back. Boyd gazes down at me from the stairs. "We'll catch up later?"

I smile. "With or without candles?" I motion to my backpack that sits against the chair. The first time I really met Boyd was definitely a interesting first introduction.

"With," he replies as he continues up the stairs.

Once they were gone, Derek uncrosses his arms, it's almost unnatural to see him without crossed arms. "Can you like," he waves his hands in the air, "silence the room."

I sigh and pick up my bag. I pull out a small bundle of sage. Setting it down on the metal floor, I hover a hand over it and it quickly catches a small spark.
