The little girl loved to scream. It was her tool to get what she wanted. Candy. Screen time. Play dates. The tactic always worked. Her parents had to give in otherwise their eardrums would pop. They were at their wits end and hired a babysitter.
The geriatric nanny walked in one day, and the little girl eyed her up and down before demanding some ice cream. The nanny said no. The girl screamed. Then the nanny screamed back, louder and more menacing than the girl could ever be. The girl went silent and walked away. She met her match...and lost.
