I STAND WITH THE BIGGEST GRIN ON MY FACE. i look at clarke then finn.
"you wanted to go first. now quit stalling, mount weather awaits." clarke approaches finn.
"just hang on to the apogee, and you'll be fine." jasper instructs finn.
"the apogee like the indians, right?"
"apogee, not apache." jasper answers.
"he knows. today, finn." clarke annoyingly tells the boys.
"aye, aye, captain. see you on the other side."
"wait." jasper stops finn.
"what?"
"let me. i can do it." jaspers spoke taking finn's place while looking over at octavia.
"knew there was a badass in there somewhere."
jasper holds onto the vines.
"hey, it's ok to be afraid, jasper." i look jasper in the eyes.
"the trick is not fighting it." finn adds on.
jasper nods his head and holds tightly on the rope.
"see you on the other side!" jasper laughs.
"oh shit." i mumbled.
jasper swings off the cliff and starts yelling out of joy. he jumps off and hits the ground. we all walk forward and see him get up.
"we are apogee!" jasper puts his arms up in the air.
we all chant with him.
"yes!"
"woahh!!"
"you did it jasper!" i yell from across the river. we all laugh as jasper runs around acting like a little child
"let's go princess, your up." finn smiles at clarke.
"come on clarke you got this!" jasper tells her.
jasper looks around and grabs a hold of a sign.
"we did it!" he pulls the sign up into the air with both of his hands.
"mount weather!" he yells. i sigh in relief. out of no where something sharp gets thrown at jasper. what the fuck had just happened. i freaked out, is there something here with us? is he dead, no he can't be.
"JASPER!" i yell.
"JASPER! NO." clarke yells back worried for his life. i look at atom furrowing my brows, he immediately grabs a hold of me, to protect me from whatever is out there trying to attack us.
