RAVEN SCREAMS AS CLARKE PLACES A HOT KNIFE ONTO THE WOUND. she squeezes finn's hand making it turn white.
"that'll stop the external bleeding." clarke places the knife back down.
"i don't understand. how did murphy get a gun?" finn asked.
"long story." i spoke.
"we got lucky. if murphy hit the fuel tank instead of me, we'd all be dead."
"wait, there's rocket fuel down there? enough to build a bomb?" clarke asked.
"enough to build 100 bombs... if we had any gunpowder left." raven replies.
"let's get back to the reapers. maybe they'll help us. the enemy of my enemy is my friend, right?" bellamy said. clarke and finn look at each other.
"not this enemy, we saw them. trust me, it's not an option." clarke tells him.
"there's no time for this. can she walk or not?" finn turns to clarke.
"no. we have to carry her." clarke says.
"the hell you will. i'm good to go." raven tries to get up.
"hey, listen to me. that bullet is still inside you. if by some miracle there's no internal bleeding, it might hold until we get somewhere safe. but you are not walking out there. is that clear?" clarke stops her. raven nods her head and mumbled a small "yeah."
"i'll get the stretcher." finn walks away.
"cant run away fast enough, huh? real brave." bellamy says.
"dying in a fight you can't win isn't brave, bellamy. it's stupid." finn walks back.
"spoken like every coward. whos ever run from a fight." bellamy gets closer to him.
"bell." i spoke.
"all right, that's enough. it's time to go." clarke says.
"if they follow, it's a 120-mile walk to the ocean." bellamy starts.
"look, we're wasting time. if he wants to stay, he can stay." finn says widening his eyes.
"no he can't!" i yell at finn as he walks away. i turn around and walk to bellamy.
"we can't do this with out you, bellamy." i furrow my brows and grab a hold of his hand.
"what do you want me to say, athena?" bellamy looks away.
"i want you to say that you're with us. those kids out there, they listen to you." i squeeze his hand.
"they're lining up to go. they listen to clarke more." he looks at me.
