Months later, in the Turkish Grand Prix

It's funny how things come full circle. Isn't it? A year ago, I was sitting here with Kelly by my side, in the hotel bar, talking about supporting Red Bull and having her give me a complete course in F1. Granted, some changes have come into place, but all for the better.

The past month has been nothing but exhilarating. Work was going well, and I got to travel to a few new places for shoots and shows, meet even more industry giants and get all the recognition from my work.

Zan and Oliver were living their best-newlywed life. Zandra's gallery was so successful she opened another one in Paris. My mom didn't have to move houses, so we got to keep her in our childhood home.

Finally, Lewis, after our little trip he started to have fantastic results and was now on the running to become a 7th time World Champion. It was inspiring to be a part of his journey, going to the races and becoming a part of this Mercedes family, the nicest people ever. And spending that time together learning his process was very interesting.

Yes, the public was aware of our relationship, but we did our best to keep everything private. Never posted each other, nor confirmed or denied anything in interviews, but our dates were always photographed and became the talk of the town. But it was pretty much confirmed with my presence on the track.

Today was the day of the final race, and we were waiting for the car to come to pick us. The guys were already on track for early meetings and preparation.

"May the best man win," she said as she lifted her glass.

"Of course," I said and clinked our glasses.

"I can't wait to get there," she mentioned.

"Me too," I said, "Is Charlotte coming with us?"

"She's already there," she answered.

"Alright," I said, and not long after, the driver came by to get us, "let's go."

We got in the car, arrived at the track and made our way to the garages.

"Hello," Susie said as she hugged me.

"Hey! So good to see you here," I told her.

"You too, sweetie," she said, "are you ready for the race?"

"A bit nervous for Lewis," I mentioned, "but yes."

"Don't be nervous," Toto said, emerging from behind us, "he is a champion,"

"That's for sure," I said and greeted him.

"Will you watch it here with us?" she asked, referring to the garage.

"Yes," I responded, "let me go greet him."

"Alright," she said, "I'll be right here."

I went to the back where all the rooms and offices were and knocked on the door with his name on it.
