9 a.m

*knock, knock*

I quickly rush down to open the door and it's Zan.

"Excited to see me?" she asked.

"I thought you were someone else," I replied while walking to the kitchen.

"Who would you be so excited to see?" she asked with a smirk.

"Her new boyfriend," my mom answered.

"Mom!" I yelled.

"Who's this?" she asked excitedly.

"I don't have a boyfriend," she clarified.

"Then who's mom talking about?" she asked with arms crossed.

"His name is Lewis," my mom spoke again.

"Mom," I said and sighed.

"Where'd you meet?" she asked.

"Abu Dhabi," I answered, "can we drop it?"

"No," she said dragging me to sit down, "I wanna hear it all."

"But," I started to say, then was interrupted but a knock on the door.

My sister and I both stared at each other for a second. I mouthed the word "No" and she took it as a challenge. We then bolted to the door, and thankfully I got there first, opened the door and it was Oliver.

"Hello, girls," he greeted with a smile.

"Damn it, Oli," Zan said, "we thought you were Y/n new boyfriend."

"He is not my boyfriend," I clarified, "Hi, Oliver."

"What happened to Brad?" he asked.

"I'll update you later, my prince," Zan said.

"Let's just say not everyone is polite and nice like you Oliver," my mom said.

"Sorry, Y/n," he said.

"It's fine," my mom replied, "the new one is way better."

"Are you just gonna be answering for me all day?" I asked.

"When you start giving the right answers," she explained, "I'll stop."

"Can we change topics?" I asked, "why are you guys here?"

"We going to see a venue with mom," Zan said, "Aren't you moving out today?"

"Yes, I am," I said.

"Can you and your boyfriend join us for dinner?" She asked.

"Not my boyfriend," I said, "and I have a shoot tomorrow morning."

"Alright, then lunch at your place tomorrow?" she asked.

"Sure," I answered.

*knock, knock*

This time I was completely ready, standing by the kitchen door, but my sister held me back and told Oliver to race to open the door. The moment he opened the door, we stopped our yelling in the kitchen and heard nothing.

So we all decided to take a peek at what was happening, and we only saw Oliver frozen at the door.

"Hello," Lewis asked, "is Y/n home?"

I was still shocked and frozen, so Zan pushed me and ran to the door.

"Hey!" she said catching her breath, "she is, and you are?"

"Lewis, nice to meet you," he said extending his hand.

"Ohh, yes, I've heard a lot about you," she said and shook his hand, "I'm Zandra, but you can call me Zan."

"Great, is he okay?" he asked referring to Oliver.

"Yes, he is just a huge fan of yours," she said, "come in!"

"Thank you," he said and walks inside.

"Little sister, you have a visitor!" she yelled.

I walk in embarrassed and worried about what any of these wild cards may say next.

"Hi, Lew," I say and go in for a hug.

"Hey," he replies and hugs me back.

"So this is my older sister and her fiancé, Oliver," I explain, "I'll just grab my things, and we can go."

"No, he just got here," Zan said, "at least have some tea with us."

"As much as that would be lovely," I said, "the moving truck is waiting for us."

"Alright," she says, "then lunch at her house tomorrow, we insist."

"I would love to," he answers.

"Great, see you then," Zan said.

"Alright, we're going," I said, "Bye guys,"

"Nice meeting everyone," he said.

With that, I rushed us out of there. I got outside to find a different car, a Mercedes G Wagon. Just like before he opened my door. He got in and we were on our way.

"So that was wild card family," I said, "hope they weren't too much."

He laughed and said, " They seem nice."

"Which reminds me, you don't have to come tomorrow if your busy," I said.

"Remember when I said I was gonna bother you?" he asked.

"Yes," I said.

"I meant it," he admitted, "I have nothing to do for a while."

I was honestly happy to hear that, I'd have him to myself a lot. We spent the rest of the drive talking and then we got to the house. He parked in the garage because people know his car and would be rushing to him.

We got up to my apartment and the boxes were already there with my assistance already unboxing.

Ever since my Elle cover shoot was announced, I got a lot more bookings and campaigns so I needed an assistant. Thankfully, Zan was helped with the hiring process when I was away, so when I got back, it she already knew everything she had to know. I met her when I first got back.

"Hey, Susan," I said, "did you get here long?"

"Hello," she said, "No, I got here in time to let the movers in, sort your mail and get you gorgeous ."

"Perfect, your the best," I said, "This is Lewis, Lewis my assistant Susan."

After the formalities, we got right into it and right away and by lunch time we were sorted. The apartment was flawless. And since it came out it's furniture, we didn't do much heavy lifting. I sent Susan home and order us a pizza.

We had lunch and watched a movie for the rest of the afternoon. Soon enough we were cuddled up on the couch,

"You know, you're the greatest right?" I told him.

"Yes," he said and I laughed, "but why exactly in this case?"

"For helping me," I said, "with everything."

"It's not a problem," he said, "it's not everyday I get to hangout with an excellent super model."

"Says the greatest driver of all time," I said and giggled.

We both laughed and silence fell between us. I usually hate these awkward silences but this time it felt different, we were both staring at each other's eyes and I could feel myself slowly gravitating towards his lips.

But then he spoke, " I have to go."

"Ohh, alright," I said while pulling myself away from him, "let me walk you out."

"No, don't worry about it," he said, got up and made his way to the door.

"Bye," I said and hugged him. Although he hugged me back it was quick and then he turned and was on his way.

What just happened?
