The disappointed look in Rakesh's mom has revealed how much bad she felt about the way Rakesh spoke about Nethra. But Rakesh had the shock expression and no words left his mouth for a while.
"Is this how I brought you up? I never thought you could speak such low about a lady. She might be wrong but that doesn't give you the right to treat her like that. Head to your room before I lose my temper." She warned him in a motherly tone.
Nethra and Madhav didn't know how to react to that situation. They both thought that he would argue against his mother for that. But he stomped his foot and left to his room.
Nethra spoke, "Aunty, it's okay. I'm also at a greater fault here. Please don't be mad at Rakesh. Situations were not the best." She didn't want her to be the reason for a fight between them.
His mom liked that attitude of her and gently held her hand, "I really wish for you to be my daughter. But I guess the fate thought different."
Madhav came near her and said, "I'm also terribly sorry. I should have tried to speak with you before. I'm also at fault here."
His mother looked at Madhav and said, "Don't worry. I'll speak with Nethra's parents. Please try to convince your parents as well."
Nethra hugged her before leaving the place. Rajesh's mother explained things to him and he realised the situation now.
Just when Madhav thought the problems were solved, he received a call from his parents.
"Yeah, Mom. I'm outside. Any issue, why is your voice different?" He asked his mother.
"Your father had a mild attack. I'm in hospital, right now. Please come here as soon as possible." His mother told him with a shiver.
Madhav's whole body trembled hearing the news.
