"Nezu, the girl is now back. What are we going to do with the lessons?", Vlad King asked, his hand hitting the surface of the table. The principal calmly raised his head, glancing at the rest of the teachers who had gathered around the table of the kitchen area of their dorm. He took a sip through his mug of tea, sighing softly. "There are not many things we can do, sadly. The lessons must restart, mainly for the students benefit. They need as much knowledge, regarding heroics, as they could gather if we hope for them to be able to protect themselves".
Midnight looked at him concerned. "But, wouldn't it also be dangerous for the students? Wasn't that the reason the lessons were stopped in the first place?". Aizawa shook his head negatively, surprising many of the people present. "The lessons stopped, because we needed time to evaluate the situation, gather up forces and attack. With Uraraka back and no need to hurry a battle between us and the league, we have teachers available to teach". Nezu nodded at his words, showing his agreement.
"Don't get me wrong by that. In no way, I, believe that we are safe at the moment. The very opposite actually. The league is likely to seek revenge after the event, which means that we need to keep our guards up. Our security system is up to date and we have teachers patrolling all the time. If anyone sneaks in, they will be noticed and hero forces would arrive immediately. The students would be evacuated and if they were to find themselves in danger, they will be allowed to use their Quirks for offense and defense". Everyone nodded, the atmosphere around them turning serious.
Present Mic, then, pulled his hand toward his face, taking a thinking pose. "I don't want to go against your thinking or anything sir, but, isn't it a bit much for the league to seek revenge just for Uraraka breaking out? Even as villains, they had shown us multiple times that they have common sense. Attacking like that, and for something like that, wouldn't be to their benefit". Toshinori turned to look away, rubbing his forehead in an attempt to ease a headache. "There is something we haven't told you", he said, earning the attention of everyone.
"Toga is dead, killed by the hands of young Midoriya after he lost control when she cut off young Uraraka's hand. The league will, most likely, believe it was the girls doing and seek revenge from her. She is in grave danger, just like all of us!". All of them were in shock of the revelation. Present Mic stood there, with his mouth open as he shook his head ever so softly, refusing to believe what he had been told. "The little listener killed someone? That can't be right! He would never hurt anyone, no matter what!". There were some murmurs of agreement from the other teacher that had Nezu sighing yet again.
"You can never be sure about what one is capable of doing", he said softly and everyone stared at him. Aizawa folded his hands in front of his chest. "Tell me Yamada, if you were in Midoriya's position, what would you have done? He was there, watching the person he loves and cares about get tortured while he stood back the entire time of fear of revealing himself, until he finally witnesses her hand being cut off and her body being thrown around. Wouldn't you have snapped? Wouldn't you have killed her, only out of spite and anger? Because I know I would".
Present Mic seemed to take a moment to think about something before realization hit him. He turned to look at the ground shamefully, along with the majority of the teachers. "Even if we don't agree with what he did, I'm sure we can all emphasize with Midoriya and his reasons. I will have to ask you to not bring the matter up to him, neither his friends, for obvious reasons. I will take care of all the legal issues, so that the boy won't face any problems with the police department. And, as for now, I would like you to inform your students that lessons will restart in two days. If what Recovery Girl told me is correct, then Uraraka would be allowed to return to school by then".
