On the top of the UA building, a lone figure could be seen, standing over the railing and gazing into the sky. He felt the gentle night breeze pass through him, a soft sigh escaping his lips. His feet were dangling off the edge, though he showed no particular concern for his safety as he remained seated there. Truth was that he didnt have to worry about possibly falling.

Behind him, two figures started to take form, ghostly and transparent, much like him and yet so different. He took notice of their presence, the invisible string of the bond they share getting gently pulled the closer the got to him. "How are you doing Ninth?". Shigaraki's voice was soft, able to make anyone calm down.

Izuku let a small smile appear on his lips, yet he never turned his head to acknowledge the two vestiges. "I'm looking at the sky...", he trailed off and the woman chuckled.

"It's unusual for you to not be training this late at night. Is there something on your mind?". He shook his head, letting the three stay in silence as he searched for the appropriate response. The moonlight shined down on him, making his already growing eyes appear as if they were shining.

"I thought that I could use a break. To look at the stars and everything. I never really got the chance to appreciate them, even after all this time. Sometimes, it's strange how can we go on with ignoring things that we think they will never change". Nana frowned slightly and Shigaraki turned to look away.

"Is this about All for One?".

Izuku shrugged. "Yeah, maybe. Or maybe not. I don't really know". The man sighed, leaning forward and putting a comforting hand on his shoulder. "You don't need to worry about things that haven't happened yet-", "They are going to happen though, at some point. We have to be ready for then". There was a long pause as the boy sighed, turning around so that he would now look at them.

Curious eyes scanned them as he bite his bottom lips. "What happened to the others?". Unwanted memories started to resurface in his mind, but he shoved them away, unwilling to be reminded of that now. "They are inside One for All's core. Their bond with you got severed and they can no longer reach out". He nodded an the woman words before he turned to stare at the star night once again. "Maybe it's better that way...".

"Do you plan on ever speaking with them again?", Shigaraki asked. The boy nodded. "One day, probably. But not anytime soon. I need some time to get over it". Nana nodded, "That's understandable..."

Izuku found himself trailing toward the infirmary once again, careful eyes scanning over the halls for any sign of a teacher present. It was pretty early in the morning, the sun had barely risen from the horizon which made anyone being awake at that time sound unlikable. And yet, he found himself being extra cautious. 'Better be safe than sorry', he thought to himself and kept on moving.

Reaching his destination, only the door stood between him and his friend-, girlfriend, he corrected himself as he let a small smile appear, his worries from the night before completely forgotten at the prospect of being with her again. He let his fist move up and he softly knocked on the wooden surface, the sound echoing loudly in the silent halls of the faculty. He patiently waited for her response before entering while listening to the sounds her covers made while brushing with each other.

He heard a sleepy groan that had him chuckle slightly, a content sigh escaping from his lips. He leaned closer to the door, carefully touching his forehead against the doorframe and making door he wouldn't pass through. "Hey Ochako, it's me. Can I come in?". A small yelp was heard from the inside of the room and a lot more shuffling. His smile only stretched larger when he heard her voice. "Yeah, sure! Come in".

He let his body pass through the door, entering the room to be welcomed by her standing in front of her bed, a huge smile adoring her features. In a matter of seconds, he was engulfed in a warm hug that he returned almost instantly, his arms wrapping around her waist. Her grip on him tightened slightly as she pulled his closer to her, her head resting gently into his shoulder. "Good morning", Izuku whispered into her ear and she sighed. "Good morning to you too".
