Arceus: indeed, these two team have a huge rivalry, just like groudon and kyogre, these two will go far to make their goals happen, this is where you come in son

Jacob: What do you mean?

Arceus: son, I want you to go to Hoenn and stop these two organizations before it's too late, can you do it my son
