somewhere in a forest, we see a massive building with the savage hunters symbol on it, thousands possibly millions of poachers and criminals were outside unloading cages filled with pokemon they captured, the pokemon were taken to a room filled with prison cells as the pokemon were shoved inside and locked up as they cried and tried to escape, almost every cell was filled with pokemon, over the room we seeing an office with a dark figure staring at the prison through a window. Just then a guy named jerry appeared
???: you're late.
Jerry:I W-was stuck in traf-
???: Did I ask for an excuse?
Jerry: no S-sir!
???: That's right, now did you inform the general to come here as soon as possible?
jerry:Yes S-s-sir!
???: good, now listen up, do you know what are the most important values to live in this world?
Jerry:U-Uh Pow-wer sir?
???: correct, we live in a world divided by two species, human and pokemon, since the dawn of time we humans were the dominant species, but as time went by we've become weak because we have been relying on pokemon too much, we have forgotten how to defend ourselves, we our losing our dominance everyday, but not me, i don't rely on pokemon, I despise them, remember when we used to work with giovanni in team rocket?
jerry:Y-yes sir B-ut due to him being captured and sent away to prison, we are no longer in contact with him.
???: true, i was okay with Giovanni but to be honest, i knew this was gonna happen to him, he made so many mistakes in his organization.
Jerry: m-mistakes?
???: yes, for example, he hired weak ignorant knuckleheads to do his bidding and gave them the weakest pokemon he could find, where as i only choose the best of the best, im meaneast, cruelest and toughest criminals out there and to top that off instead of giving them pokemon i give them something better.
They both looked out the window and saw an army of savage hunters soldiers in armor with guns and sword marching out
???: he had grunts, I have soldier's, an entire army that could destroy anything in their path, they are tried non stop until they are 100% ready for battle.
They then see one guy failing to march due to being tired and kneels to the ground
???: and if they fail.
The soldier was then shot in the head as his body was taken away
???: then you suffer, hahahaha, it's a wonderful Jerry, the strong survive while the weak fall, this is how the world was meant to be run.
Just then in front of the building a motorcyclist appeared riding on this
