It's Just A Graduation Party

Happy New Year! Sorry that this is a bit late. I hope you all had a wonderful new year!

2 years have passed since that day. On every single day of those years, it has become a routine for Xiao to visit his sister's grave, offering small gifts such as flowers or food. Some days he was accompanied by a friend, other times he went alone. No matter the weather condition he went.

He wouldn't let her be alone.

"Hey, Aether wake up"

The blonde's eyes opened sleepily as his golden orbs looked up at a pair of teal blue orbs. The person had light brown hair with white streaks and he had a calm expression on his face.

"Gorou..?"

"You're finally awake! Geez, Kazuha and I have been trying to wake you up for the past five minutes."

Aether sat up from his and rubbed his eyes softly. "Sorry... is class over?"

Kazuha nodded. "School's over so we should head home now."

The three all exited the school, Gorou mentioning Lumine who talked about a party of some sort. Once they approached the gate, Aether caught sight of a familiar bunch of dark hair near it.

"Xiao!" Aether exclaimed as he stared over at the other boy, the other two pausing beside him. The darker haired boy glanced over at him. "You're finally out, I was wondering where you were."

Aether chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah sorry, I fell asleep in class. Oh hey, do you want to walk home with us?" Aether invited.

Xiao stared at the three males, biting his bottom lip as he glanced away, a small Bloch on his cheeks. "Uh... well I suppose I could join you." He glanced back at them, the three inviting him over.

He walked beside Aether, and they resumed their conversation, making their way towards Aether's house.

"Oh Gorou, who exactly is throwing this party Lumine mentioned?"

"Lumine is, she's inviting everyone to your house. She didn't tell you?"

Aether sighed. "That idiot... did she say how many people she's inviting?"

"Everyone at school that she knows."

"That's practically half the school."

"Did she say when?"

"Yeah tonight!" Gorou exclaimed.

"TONIGHT?" Aether yelled.

"In an hour actually." Kazuha added.

"AN HOUR?! Ah geez... that idiot!" Aether began to bolt down the street towards his house, Gorou and Kazuha laughing as Gorou ran after him. Kazuha was about to join him before he glanced back at Xiao, who had a small, fond smile on his face. Kazuha smiled back at him. "We should follow before Aether rips out his sister's throat" Kazuha half-joked as he took Xiao's arm and ran after the two boys in front of him.

Kazuha and Xiao walked into the house, immediately hearing the screams from the twins and the loud laughter from Gorou. Xiao let out a small puff before entering the living room. The kitchen island was decked out with different snacks and dishes for the party and right in the center of the living room was Aether tackling his sister against the floor.

"Why didn't you tell me about a party being thrown at our house in two hours?! I get it's the weekend but you could've told me in advance you moron!" Aether scolded as he kept a hold of Lumine's neck.

The smaller blonde kicked her brother off then smirked. "I know you would've refused if I told you so I was planning on telling you right before! Think about it as a surprise party for the end of the year! We're gonna graduate soon and what better way to celebrate than a party?"

Aether groaned. "The last time I encountered a surprise party, I had to cut off my braid since you stuck gum all in my hair."

Lumine stuck her tongue out playfully at her brother. "Boohoo! Anyways, it'll be fun okay! And~ I brought something special too~"

"Huh? Something special?" Aether said flatly.

Lumine nodded. "Yup! Alcohol!"

Aether's eyes widened. "Alcohol?! Lumine I get we're third years but don't you think it's a bit early for us to drink alcohol?"

Lumine smiled brightly. "Not at all! Besides, a few drunk teenagers won't do any bad right?"

"A few?! You invited half the damn school!"

Lumine giggled. "Oh well! Don't stress it brother, you'll enjoy it."

Aether groaned as he hit has palm onto his face, a voice spoke up behind him.

"Everyone should be here in a few minutes" Gorou said.

Lumine perked up at that then snatched her brother's arm. "Cmon! Let's get you dressed up. Gorou you have spare clothes right for the other two right? Wouldn't want you ruining your uniforms!"

Gorou nodded enthusiastically then turned to Kazuha and Xiao who looked slightly confused. The brunette handed them both a change of clothes and they both set off to their own areas to change.

Soon enough after they were all finished changing, Lumine heard the sound of the doorbell ringing and scurried off to the door to greet her guests. Aether sat on one of the bar stools in the kitchen with Xiao standing beside him, studying his features.

Lumine opened up the door then grinned.

"Well this'll be fun."

Hey, sorry that I didn't write any more but I wanted the party to be in a separate chapter. I'm already working on it so it should be out sooner.
