"Is that strawberry?" Mu Qing questions, pointing at the chocolate coated strawberry on a stick.

Feng Xin bites off one of them and nods. "Want a taste?" He chews as he held the fruit stick.

Mu Qing nods leaning in and nibbling at one before humming. "I could only taste the chocolate."

"Yeah no shit." Feng Xin snorts, biting the second strawberry, the same one the silverette had nibbled.

"Can I taste it again?"

"Su - mmph!"

Feng Xin blinks, surprised and wide-eyed as he looks at the other in disbelief. "What-"

"I can't taste the strawberry. Another one?" Mu Qing didn't give the latter any time to respond or even process what had happened. Leaning in even closer to press their lips and licking the whole of the archer's mouth before pulling back, all in one blink and nods. "Tastes good. But this one's better." He waves the caramel glazed apple up and happily licks it.

"???"

"Yum."

"Eh?" Feng Xin blinks again.

Mu Qing smiles at him, cutting a piece off the apple with a dagger the archer doesn't know how it ended in his hand. "Do you want a taste?"

Confused and flustered, Feng Xin slowly nods, putting the strawberry stick back down on its plate and moves to get the apple when Mu Qing bites the end in his own mouth before darting forward.

Feng Xin suddenly feels dizzy as Mu Qing pushes the apple inside his mouth with his tongue before pulling back once again with an innocent smile, tilting his head to the side. "Well? What does it taste like?"

The archer gave no immediate response, averting his gaze in a shy manner and slowly chewing the apple as if it'll give him an answer. "It -" He swallows. "It's sweet."

"Obviously. It's caramel isn't?" And Mu Qing had the audacity to laugh as he bites his stupid apple.

He Xuan and Hua Cheng both throws a fork and a grape at them once their beloved were occupied and hisses in unison,

"Get a fucking room!"

Feng Xin moves lazily around, picking up his bow and filled quiver as he glances back to see a frowning lover and he chuckles. "I have a mission to go to. I'll be back in a bit."

The silverette rolls his eyes before he strolls closer with his hands on his hips. "Aw really?" He crosses his arms. "I guess my plans for today would have to be postponed."

"What-"

Mu Qing leans closer to place a chaste kiss, making sure be tugs on the archer's bottom lip before grinning and turning around. "No cuddles and hugs for you for the next week, Nan Yang."

"Wait no - now I don't want to go - MU QING-!"

"Qing'er! Look at this mask!" Feng Xin, disguised as a scholar, turns around, wearing a fox like mask, eyes in a crescent moon shape indicates he must have been grinning widely under it.

Mu Qing tilts his head with an arched brow and a barely contained smile. "What of it?"

"Doesn't it look cool?" Feng Xin snorts, moving to put the mask back before the owner of the shop gets mad.

"It does. Come closer so I could take a better look." The silverette says coolly as the latter keeps the mask on and casually struts towards him. Mu Qing puts both hands on either side of his face and feigns observation of the mask.
