The couple walked into the bedroom, and Lexander couldn't wait as he stripped himself of his clothing after quite a long ordeal from his day. He sighed, letting his thick curls fall loose down his back.

Adam raised a brow. "Impatient much, Lex?" He asked in a coy manner.

"Apologies, but I am in dire need of a bath. I'm quite spent."

"Oh, well, you did have quite the adventure while you were away. Where did you even sleep while you were in the mountains?" Adam asked, stripping out of his blouse.

Lexander sighed, rolling his shoulders. "I slept in trees or on the bed of the forest. I'm not unused to fending for my own Adam. I was born in a cold mountainous region. Hunting and sleeping without a proper bed are common. As youngsters, we learned the art of hunting. We are predatory creatures. It's in our nature."

"Huh, you did tell me you were from the Hinterlands. Apologies for not thinking that through. I was just worried." Adam said.

Lexander shrugged it off. "I understand, thank you. I'm sorry to have made you worry. I just knew that if I stayed any longer without properly feeding, then I would certainly have killed you, Adam. I don't know if I'd have ever been able to live with your death on my hands..." he turned back to his lover. "Please know that I left for your safety."

Adam nodded. "I know, Lex."

"Adam," Lexander hummed, making the younger man look at him, "would you ever consider being on the bottom?"

Adam rose a brow. "You aren't one to sugarcoat, Lex. If you want to fuck me, then why not ask?" He saw a blush deepen Lex's face and chuckled.

"I-well, I didn't think you'd be into it. I mean, you weren't exactly as open-minded as I when we first met." Lexander said.

"Ah, okay. So you thought to use another means?" Adam laughed, "cute; anyways, I need a bath. Are you joining? Or do you wanna fuck me?"
