He ran a hand back through his hair as he sighed and set his jaw at the fact that he was mentally exhausted from the day he went through. He chuckled, but it was dry and bitter. He walked towards his bedroom entrance where the Vampire resided and made himself a refuge. He looked in on him, his slender frame lying in bed facing away from him. "You know, being the predator. I'm supposed to be the one doing the stalking." Adam smiled.

"I do keep forgetting your nature Vampire. Pardon me for stalking." His green eyes were soft and he was tired, but still stood there gazing in. Lexander could hear his heartbeat and how it took a great deal to keep him standing. He appeared before the hunter, which startled him back for a second to which he reached out and held him around his waist and pulled him in. "You're exhausted, yet you're trying to be strong. Why?" Lexander's eyes were boring into his and he couldn't think straight. "Let me take you to bed hunter." A soft whisper brushing his lips like a gentle caress. Adam gulped.

"Our sexual activities were only moments of my weakness showing themselves, it won't happen again beast." The slight unsteadiness in his voice gave him away, but Lexander didn't show him that he knew. He instead gave him a nod and slipped his hand from his waist.

"Of course. I apologize if I made you think that I was taking advantage of you." His dark eyes looked him over then he licked his lips. He didn't say another word as he walked back into the room.

"Your eyes, they turn pitch black when you're hungry don't they?"

"Don't worry yourself about it hunter. I'll be out of your hair soon."

Adam felt an unexplainable stab at his chest, and he rubbed it as he thought of having his home back to himself again... More or less, he thought once he remembered the child. Adam turned to make a step towards the second room. "He's asleep. No need to check on him. Werewolves are very sensitive to strange sounds while they slumber. Creaking lumber will be strange to him and he might attack." The hunter halted and narrowed his eyes back onto the Vampire lying in his bed. Lexander could feel his gaze boring a hole into the back of his head so he sighed and sat up. "Come, sleep hunter, you need your rest just as much as the child."

"And you, don't vampire's need rest?"

He chuckled. "Only because we tend to avoid the sun. It won't kill us all together, but it will burn. Morning is when vampires usually sleep. That's why I'm not asleep. The night is a time for us to hunt and roam. We are wondrous creatures who live for the night even though the morning won't hurt us like usual."

Adam rose a brow at him and stepped closer. "What do you mean?"

"Be not bothered by my prattling. I'll leave you to your bed hunter." He tried to pass the hunter with his speed but Adam blocked his exit and ended up making the Vampire clash into him. Both of them exclaimed and fell over into a mess of arms and legs on the cool floorboards. Adam cringed and swore as the weight of the Vampire which quickly receded and a hand was offered to him. He took it and was stood upright. "What is your malfunction human? I leave you to your own devices and your stupidity nearly caused you another injury!" Lexander had to reign in his temper before his hunger and anger got the better of him. He felt his fangs dropped and covered his mouth, brushing past the hunter in a rush as he yanked the front door open and stomped out. Adam didn't waste a second as he hurries after the Vampire. The bitter cold of night lashed at his skin as his strides bite away from the distance between them. Lexander wasn't using his speed to get away from him, instead, he relied on his long legs and anger to take him far. "Lexander! Stop!"

"What do you want?!" the wind howled a spine shattering noise as the Vampire's eyes darkened and his towering form whipped about. He closed the space between them as he pounced on top of the Hunter toppling him over with a foot to his throat and his fangs bared. His claws grew out, his instincts slipping loose. He was crouched on top of his body, as he growled to send terror trickling down his spine.

"Don't... Don't leave." he struggled. The fear that struck the hunter hadn't left him crippled, but it sure as hell scared me stark white. Lexander moved with an alluring vibe, his head tilting to the right as he tried to make sense of the hunter. He carefully took his foot away from the hunter's oxygen supple and stepped off of him. The hunter quickly rolled to his knee, in a half stance, and gasped in gulps of cool air to replace the missing oxygen in his lungs. "Lexander... Feed..." he stood up before the black-eyed creature and bared his neck. Lexander growled low Adam opened his mouth to speak, but the Vampire was faster. He latched his mouth onto the man's neck and pierced his fangs into the flesh of his shoulder. Adam cried, his body being pushed back to the tree closest to him. His body shook from the coldness seeping in. His hands balled into a fist until his knuckles paled. Lexander pulled out, blood ran down the muscular bare back of the hunter. The Vampire lapped at his blood, licking up all the blood that shouldn't go on wasting then plunged his fangs back into his shoulder, and listening to the hunter howl from the pain of it. He held up his head, turning it away from him as he sucked at his blood, his body filling with life as he took as much as he pleased.

Adam was steadily losing consciousness, his vision had begun to double and blur and his legs were no longer strong enough to keep him up. His knees gave way as he fell sideways and onto the forest floor. Lexander hadn't stopped feeding as the drive to keep going kept him attached to the hunter until his eyes slipped shut and the hand at Lexander's shoulder went limp or the crisp rustic bed of leaves.
