Lexander approached the foyer, Ban, Gaxin, and Kate stepping into the light case behind him through the window by the lazy sunrise. He gulped, turning to look at the men. Kate had gotten his weapons, a bow, arrows, and a gun filled with blessed silver bullets-the stench of it overwhelming. Gaxin had runes painted on his arms, and Ban had his dark hair cascaded down and over his shoulders. Lexander turned to the men, "gentlemen, there is a budding young Werewolf Alpha who's experiencing his first Rut cycle, and we have the one he wants to mate. He won't be easy to settle. I selected you three specifically for this task. Vida is with Taka trying to brew a remedy for them, so we need to try our best to stall him without harming him. Are you all ready?"

"Would scraps and bruises count as bodily harm?" Gaxin asked, his blue eyes flickering black.

Lexander smirked, "as a Werewolf, they'll heal instantaneously, so no."

"Lovely," Gaxin muttered.

Ban glanced at Kate, and Kate met his eyes, "are you ready? Hunter?"

Kate nodded, "I'll stay to the back and prove back up since we can't have him running through the manor in that state, especially if he transforms-wait, will he?" He shot his head towards Lexander.

Lexander sighed, "he's a hybrid... it's possible, but I don't think he knows that, so let's pray he does not figure it out." Ban pursed his lips as he hummed.

"Yes, we're ready," Ban said softly.

Lexander turned back to the front doors.

Ban waved his hand, the doors creaking as they swung in, revealing the shirtless and growling young Werewolf clawing at the protective barrier.

Gaxin hummed, stepping forward. "His Wolf's needs are consuming him."

"Samson?" Kate asked, stepping up as he lowered his bow. Ban shot an arm up, ceasing his advances.

"Yes. But Samson is not thinking clearly, so please do not let your relationship with the Wolf prevent you from aiding us in taming him." Ban looked up at the younger man, who nodded after staring at him for a few seconds.

Gaxin hummed, ears twitching as the left grew up and curved into that of a Wolf's. "He's begun pacing before the barrier. The lupine flowers keep him at bay for now, but his aggression is growing."

"What plant is best at calming a Wolf?" Lexander asked.

Gaxin clicked his tongue, "Rosemary and lavender, they are the only ones that won't risk poisoning them or bother their sensitive noses."

Lexander sighed in relief, "good, then do we have that on hand?"

"Here," the men snapped around to see Yoli holding a small oval bottle of liquid. I use it on Rylyn when she has night terrors. If it helps him, please try."

Kate swung his bow over his right shoulder and moved towards his lover, clasping his hands over hers, taking the bottle, "Thank you, love." He muttered, kissing her cheek. Yoli sighed.

"Did you truly need his help?" Yoli asked Lex.

Lexander arched a brow lazily, "he's a hunter. Who better provide backup? It's his job to hunt down supernaturals, or did you forget?"

She growled, "he's human!"

"And a Hunter!" Lexander snapped, "my Hunter is in just as much danger as yours, so if you aren't here to help, I suggest you return to your chambers. God forbid we don't restrain him in time."

Yoli huffed but exhaled in defeat as she removed her hands from Kate's, "the aroma from the oil will leave the Wolf feeling zen once he inhales it. Hold him down and let him sniff it," her eyes shot to Lexander's "or be creative Beast." She turned to her lover and cupped his cheek lovingly, "I'll return to my chambers," Yoli tiptoed and kissed his temple before ascending the stairs.
