Chapter Twenty: Breeding Season

(I think ya'll know what's coming😏. 18+ people!)

The Dragon Kingdom was lit up in bright, happy colours for the incoming breeding season. Streets were decorated, walls were painted and parties were heard throughout the night.

The newly crowned King's haven't been enjoying the celebrations as much as the rest of the kingdom with so much on their plates at the moment. Though the closer it comes to the season the heavier their abdomens have become. There's a slight bulge forming just above their slits and none of them can figure out what it is. They've got a check up with Recovery Girl just before the breeding season starts so they're not too worried.

Izuku and Katsuki have had a few 'black outs' ,which is what they're dubbing the times they turn feral, since the winter. None of them have been for longer than a week thankfully but it's still hard for the two when they take the front again especially if they're in the middle of doing something. Izuku has taken over while mid flight and Katsuki has in the middle of a sprint, both of them came tumbling to the ground.

They always come back disorientated and slightly dazed especially after being shoved back into their heads. Sometimes when they feel it coming they let go knowing there's no way of stopping it but when they're actaully trying to do something such as talking with their mates or a citizen or trying to fill out one of their duties for the day then they'll fight it back but in the end they turn feral every time.

It's like their feral selves know breeding season is coming and are trying to front more often. The greenette and ash blond fear it's because the ferals want to front during the season. It's only their second season together and they'll be damned if they aren't there for it.

Something however that they've all noticed is how Shoto and Eijiro this time round are having more issues with their Omega selves compared to how Izuku and Katsuki had to deal with it the previous year. The mutants are absolutely loving getting revenge on their mates.

They'll deliberately leave their incoming rut scent in places they know the other two will visit. Their inner Alpha's always purr in delight when they come across either Shoto or Eijiro presenting to the air.

A slight drawback to the incoming season is something that happens to poor Izuku everytime he goes through a rut, his aggression skyrockets. Katsuki also is a lot more irritable compared to usual especially after being kidnapped. Most of the dragons tend to stay clear of them, feared of what the Kings will do if angered.

This hasn't gone unnoticed by Shoto and Eijiro. They see how their mates tails droop when fellow dragons back away from them. Or how Izuku will have a nervous tic when someone randomly bares their neck at him or how when they finally settle down for the night in their nest Katsuki is completely mute.

Izuku and Katsuki despite this continue to talk to their citizens, continue to fill out their duties and continue to push past this.

When they do mess up and their anger gets the best of them Shoto or Eijiro are always right there for them like a solid rock to protect you against the harsh rains.

Shoto and Eijiro know the same goes with them. When their inner Omega's are bothering them or they've had a rough day they know there's a soft fluffy chest for them to curl up into.

Shoto is in the middle of sorting out some paperwork before their checkup with Recovery Girl when the doors to the study burst open. The reek of pissed off Alpha swoops through the room and down to Shoto's core.

Turning towards the door he sees a heaving Izuku on the verge of turning feral. His muscles are buldging, a snarl on his face, wings flaired and tail flicking agitated behind him; the perfect image of an Alpha not to mess with. His pupils are slit and Shoto notices the blood around his hands and face "Zuzu wha-!" He gets cut off by Izuku charging into him.
