You and captain were close, you had been since captain had died

Being a captain yourself, though a pirate, not an army captain, you got along because of your similarities

Sure captain never agreed with pirates but you weren't nasty or horrid like they're said to be, in fact you were quiet and almost subdued

You reminded him of havers at first

You got along like a house on fire ( sorry Mary )

The other ghosts watched as you both sat talking quietly

' I swear they should just give up and f*ck alrea-'

' JULIAN! ' pat scolded

They watched as you laughed at something captain had said

' whatever could he have said to make them laugh like that? ' Thomas muttered, wanting to know so he could make Alison laugh like that

' I'm not entirely sure... ' Alison said, coming into the room

She had noticed how close you and captain were

It didn't help that the chemistry you both had was constantly called ' sexual tension ' by Julian

So of course she caught on

' we should try get them together! ' kitty giggled

' what? No that's their personal-'

' oh come on pat! We never get any fun around here! ' Julian said

' yeah, we stuck doin the same thing everyday ' robin said

' ... ok but nothing too drastic!' Pat insisted

' YESSS! ' kitty said a little loudly

Making you and captain turn to the group who were standing close together 

' what're they plotting ' you muttered

' ... no idea... probably something to do with food club ' captain said

You chuckled at him and when back to your conversation

Over the last week the ghosts had tried all sorts to get you both to be together

Making you both do ' acts ' together in the improv club

Having you do most things together, little jokes about how cute you both are together, even fanny stated once that you looked like a married couple during film club, watching Lord Of The Rings, extremely close together

Eventually Julian had, had enough and while you were both walking into the living room he just said

' FOR GODS SAKE WOULD YOU BOTH GET OVER YOURSELVES AND F*CK ALREADY! THEN WE CAN ALL SLEEP PROPERLY AGAIN! '

You both looked stunned

' w-what he means is, we think you should both be together... l-like in a relationship... of-of sorts, y-you ' Pat rambled until he was cut off by you laughing

Captain chuckled quietly as well

' what's got you two giggling? ' fanny asked, coming into the room

You wiped a fake tear from your eye and said ' you lot are oblivious, shall I ask Alison to get you an eye doctor? '

They all looked confused

You just laughed and walked away

They stood confused until Humphrey said from the piano ' you all realise they've been together for months right? '
