I guess hes not as straight as i thought

Summary: you are in love with Thomas but you think hes in love with Alison but is that just his way of hiding his feelings?

You were sitting in the library with Thomas, captain and pat all talking when Alison came in looking for something, you didn't really know or care what it was, you had been too busy staring at Thomas as he laughed at something pat had said

Thomas looked at Alison and got up to follow her, You assumed to fawn over her like he always did.

You sighed as he left making captain and pat look at you

' alright, out with it, what's wrong? ' captain said

Pat then scoffed and said ' hes obviously in love with Thomas! '

Captains eyes widened as you looked at your knees

Meanwhile in the other room

Thomas was sitting in the kitchen with Alison as she tried to find her phone

' whatever am I to do? ' Thomas sighed

' I don't know? Tell him? ' Alison said as she searched

' how?! '

' I don't know? Your a bloody poet! ' Alison exclaimed

' oh yeah! I'm a poet and I didn't know it! ' Thomas giggled

Alison rolled her eyes in amusement and left the room

Thomas' eyebrows knitted together in though he then got up and went to his sighing corner to think of a poem to write

You were sitting in your room upset, why did this always happen?

You had, had many lovers in your life, the first had cheated on you, the next had left the country and decided they didn't like a long distance relationship, the next had freakin died, the next had left because they were afraid of commitment and the last one had been toxic and killed you

But we won't go into that

You were now in love with a man you knew would not return your feelings. How could he? He was in love with Alison but whenever he came into a room you would feel happy, whenever he was being dramatic you would watch the way he got stressed and mumble about his ' problems '

You watch the way his mouth moved as he spoke his poetry and you'd see the way he would frown in thought as he wrote the poetry

Basically you were head over heals for the man but of course he is in love with Alison plus you thought he was straight

You sat staring out your bedroom thinking about these things when he came into your room

' oh hello Thomas ' you said softly

He smiled, a smile that would make the world smile with him

He then said ' I have a poem for you '

Your eyes widened, he never wrote poetry for you

' roses are red
And I can't get you out of my head
The day we met I felt so smitten
So today this poem was written
To tell you how I feel
I hope with this poem our fait is sealed
For you, my love is real
So tell me, are my feelings returned
For too many times I have been spurned
I love you, for years before, or am I to be spurned once more '

Ok I know it's rubbish, I'm sorry

You now had tears in your eyes

' I- ' you had no words, no one had ever written anything like that for you

' I love you y/n '

' ... I- I love you too thomas ' you said

He grinned, that beautiful grin that made you swoon, he was a beautiful human being

He slowly walked up to you and placed his hand on your cheek and said ' may... may I kiss you? '

You nodded with a smile

He then leaned forward and put his lips on yours

His lips were soft, you could kiss him all day if he let you

' I love you ' he said pulling away just enough to say that

' I love you too ' you murmured

I guess he isn't as straight as I thought

The poem took about thirty minutes to come up with ( it's quite bad I checked with my mum and she gave no reply she just smiled 😂😂😂 )
